Data privacy breach at its best! The app requests uploading a traveller passport which includes personal info (full name, address and DOB) in addition to the flight booking details(booking confirmation number and traveller last name) this combination gives whoever has this info to review the booking, change it, cancel it and even buy add-on services. The service fees are high for both traveller and shipper.

Also, the app fix a range for the Traveller s cost however he may accept less or can be negotiable and all be satisfied the Traveller, the shopper and the app, i suggest to review this costing again. Third, why i should pay 100 % of the fees immediately before even i buy the products. i see this unfair. thanks anyway

App is bugged and shipping cost is very high, also I wish I could speak with the traveller before paying. Maybe he wants to edit or remove an item in my shipment instead of just cancelling the whole shipment.

I can't edit traveller's reward anymore and can't chat with the traveller before paying also traveller's reward is very expensive, the app is just getting worse and, I'm not going to use it anymore.

People running this app are very unprofessional and scammers. I have been waiting for a refund for more than 2 months now. It says14 working days and u r refunded, however, it seems I had to get in touch with them and remind them about my refund, to which they blatantly replied "there was a mistake with your refund only" Very rude and haven't provided me with transaction no. n blindly askin me to contact my bank to ask about transfer without a no.?! Where is this co. based? Scammers!

App is extreemly bad that there is no enough notification and chat is so old and not easy to use and if u put shipment on it with specific weight u already approaved it then when something happens and the traveller misuse they say no its commercial use u don't have the right to have a refund or even a partial one i think they always concern about their rights but the buyer has no rights if the traveller wasn't as good as expected

Bunch of scammers with an app full of bugs. They canceled all my deals and made me lose on opportunities. The customer support is unprofessional and they would go the extra mile to charge you for anything. I would not recommend this app
