Almost every time I go to adjust my hearing aids in the app it doesn't connect with them. I have force the app to stop and reopen it. Often that doesn't work and I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I've only had my hearing aids a couple of weeks and they work really well. The app really spoils the experience though. Another issue is that the app constantly goes into Bluetooth Streaming mode for a few seconds then back to the program I'm using. I have a Samsung A20e phone.

Frustrating and deeply disappointing. Right aid won't connect. No bass at all with £1500 aids so no use for music. The most money I've ever spent (on the aids) and just feel ripped off as this app is all hype and it's rubbish. If an in shop test had happened I'd not have got these aids at all.

I think the app works really well. With regards to previous reviews- sometimes you have to go onto Bluetooth on Settings and click on your hearing aids to re-connect (not re-pair) them (as they will disconnect from time to time which can affect the app). However that takes just a moment to do. I find the app helpful, straightforward and easy to use. I like that it gives you more control over your hearing aids and in particular a greater range of programmes to use.

This is an unreliable app. Specsavers sent my hearing aids back to the manufacturer because they kept dropping out. The phone showed left connected, right would not connect but sound came through right aid. On their return no better except sound comes to left aid and right still will not connect. When they work they are excellent but you cannot rely on them to stay connected. Disappointed.

please check out these changes to your phone. Dont confuse the basic Bluetooth connection with the separate Bluetooth connection for the App. Works well after phone changes and the following sorted my connection problem; Android 11. On the mobile phone go to Settings: Then go to Sounds & Vibration: Then go to System sound/ Vibration control: There switch off: ALL touch interactions (2) Switch off Screen lock/unlock Doing this sorted out my connection problem and software works perfectly now.

The most unreliable app I have ever used. Nine times out of ten it will not connect with my hearing aids. Deeply regret going for this brand. Would give it a minus rating if that was possible.

I had problems connecting initially, with either left or right connecting and the other side attempting to connect but not ever getting there. I found that disconnected my Bluetooth watch when I want to use the app and it works with both sides connecting.

The App works as expected. The only problem ist that Huawei phones disconnect after maybe 2 days and don't find the connection to the hearing aids anymore. Then you have to Connect them again.

Very bad app, very time consuming to fix it constantly, unreliable, very annoying, always issues, and wish I didn't have to bother with it at all. Spec savers need to change their app provider ASAP.
