Use the Vandersoft Half Marathon app to improve your stamina, endurance, and health to help you run a Half Marathon! Your body's strength will gradually increase over time with interval training. Over the next 20 weeks your running will be steadily improved. You will start with 1 minute jogging intervals in-between 1.5 minute walks. As you complete runs your body will be strengthened and the program will slowly become more challenging. Take your device with you on your runs! Listen to your favorite music and get prompted over your headphones to run or walk. Your entire run will be directed through your headphones or speakers. Glancing at the app while on your run will show you: - How long you have been running - How much time you have left on your run - how much time you have left on your current interval Need to stop and tie your shoe? Pause the run! Or, press Back/Next to go to different intervals. I very much enjoy the cues to run and walk. However, I paid the extra for the GPS tracking, and I would not recommend anyone purchase this additional feature. Not accurate, ever. It has me in the right area, but it's like it goes to sleep and makes up its own path when it comes to. More like it's drunk and tries to rejoin the conversation. If I could get my money back, I would be happy to have this feature turned off.

The training runs begin at 61 minutes 3x /week and continue to get longer. I'd prefer to start with shorter runs with more running time, and work up to weekly long runs supplemented with shorter runs. Also, the runs are always interval runs. There are no run-only training runs, even at the end of the program. If that's what you're looking for, it'll probably be fine so I gave it 3 stars, but unfortunately not what I'm looking for.

Overall good but just use the free version. The run mapping feature does not work at all. It typically stops working around 0.3km into the run. So bot worth paying for.

Very helpful in building up the pace and stamina. Using this app my timing improved from 4 miles an hour to 5.5 miles an hour in 5 months.

I'd like it but... I cant close the app it has to be on all the time otherwise it can't be trusted. I ran 10 minutes and my 5min timer never moved, so that wasn't good The training programme is too long for every run, it would be nice to have a short run, medium run and a long run each week because it takes so much time Some indication of assumed fitness for each week would be great (not compulsory) whether it's a 5k/10k pace or whatever would be great to know if I'm on track or need to repeat

The app crashed about five times in the first run I did. Its impossible to finish a 61 mins run with it. It's a pity because the training plan is quite good

The couch to 5K was awesome. Takes dedication and hard work, but this app helps so much. With the new year coming a 70.3 is my goal so I need to build up to a half marathon. Let's see how it goes.
