The H3U Medhealth card is a unique platform for managing health and health transactions where unique customized products can be structured along with multiple tools for overall health management. The Medhealth Card user goes to the H3U network healthcare provider 2. User Accesses the H3U application with their login and views the Medhealth card 3. User opens the H3U wallet by clicking the card 4. User selects who is the service being taken for (Self or registered dependent) 5. User generates a service request (coupon) 6. Coupon is generated which is shown to the billing counter at the provider 7. The user’s wallet shows updated resources with a newly generated active coupon 8. The provider billing desk accesses the provider transaction system and does the user verification 9. Once the user is validated, the transaction is approved and the user receives the cashless service

No customer support... I made an appointment and did my payment with paytm. Paytm successfully completed the transaction but app is saying payment not successful. Did try to contact the no in the app but it is not working. Also tried to contact through message but no response received even after a day. Still waiting for any response... @Admin after your reply I did send them email markin sudhir mittal as well but as expected it is non responsive and didn't even received any acknowledgement...

they claim that we can see "jio medhealth plan" to avail the discount offers on opd, etc. in my plan option after login.i can't see anything over there. in fact this app is useless as it states runtime error after login. don't download unless they fix these issues.

Very slow and max time shays network error, try again. This is my 2nd review here. After putting the 1st review there is no response from ur side and no improvment in the App. What kind of support u give.
