Poor experience with app & company policy of min. Order amt. First, the App interface is confusing & not upto the mark. Second, search functionality is also poor. Third, it does not have a proper way to navigate between modes of the application. Finally, the min. Order amount for delivery has been set to Rs. 5000! Have lost Rs. 300 due to this. Most grocery items on the app are never going to add upto INR 5k in one go. If we have a small or medium size order, then this application is useless.

unable to place order. even after updating the app 10 times. gets stuck on connecting to the machine inspite of standing right in front of it. the issue is not resolved even after a week. the issue comes and goes randomly. One day I am able to buy things.. the second day I am unable to buy anything. This is a major bug in the app

Worst App Ever. Lost 200 bucks and got nothing in return. Even though the Customer Service has been good, however, providing good customer service does not mean it's okay to go through the problem again and again. It's obvious I will be irritated because of constantly losing money and recieving nothing in return and having to all the customer service all the time to refund the amount. So don't tell me that you have been giving me my refund every time I asked for it. I Shouldn't need to do that.

Machine is buggy, works until payment is received and doesn't dispatch the product. Also products aren't in a good condition, judging by Sikandarpur metro device. App is also not too good, they make you login twice before and refund is providing coupon which expires in 30 days to buy product of a gru-box again. They should really keep a check of their quality!

1) The list of items available in machine is not same as that being shown in app....the item list is probably not getting refreshed appropriately. 2) the products/items get stuck behind the collection bin behind tge flap....the bin probably needs to be deeper.

Thanks for the response on my previous review,within app grubox now has other options available. Updating rating to 2 as still disappointed as grubox automatically switches off my Bluetooth. I have not given any permission but still app does that. Please fix it ASAP.

The first time the kiosk didn't dispense the product. Tried checking out again, money got deducted twice but only one product was dispensed. Tried the refund option on the app, it said the product was dispensed and cannot refund. Called customer care they said money wud be refunded in 15 mins but that didn't happen and no refund was processed. Uninstalling the app. Pathetic experience and customer support.

The touch screen on the vending machine was better than this app. This hangs up during payments, during vending the product even during adding items to the cart. Please bring the screen back on the machine!

Its annoying as hell to add money as no options are available except debit card. Could not take the money from paytm wallet even after selecting the option. Too complicated interface .. pathetic experience if there is anything less than 1 star i would like to give that

Pathetic app & their service. App keeps on crashing. And you have so many machines at AMEX still you don't care abt the business. Definitely will raise a complain to administration of AMEX abt it. And BTW we have bigbasket machines too which are far better in service.
