Works very well as a setup and quick check for two of my collection of cameras. I use Zoneminder as my surveillance app, this is just to set up and check (as it is the manufacturer's recommended app for these particular cameras). I see lots of poor reviews, most seem to be expecting too much of a free, view one camera at a time android device app. Full 5 stars from me fo doing what it says it should!

I've been using this app for a few months now and the problem is that it doesn't retrieve the recorded videos from the SD card. So the security function doesn't work. Please fix it. 9/2021 Further info. I reinstalled the app after the last update and it works ok.

Device disconnects few hours after connecting . I double checked , setting is fine, the camera is on and connected to wifi router every thing is fine. I think the app has bugs

Hello im using cameras since long time but I can't make automatic setting for day n night... especially night time when im do the night setting then morning i have to change the setting for a day so please help me to do a automatic setting... thanks 🙏

Very poor , the cameras show there is memory card inserted but when you click playback it says "please insert memory card" all 4 cameras have the same problem, whats the point of having the cameras if they don't record!

Cameras NEVER operate correctly !!! Have rebooted and reset numerous times.....sometimes will not human track ....sometimes never recenter correctly.....sometimes not record until subject is out of frame !!! Very unsatisfied !!!

Slow to open and unreliable. App often reports no image due to 'unstable network', but no problems at all when viewing camera via Hikvision app... and why are ads flashing up in Chinese (I think)!

Can you Identify what know bugs did you fix?? it feels nothing. you just saying fix known bugs everytime there's an update but its useless. bugs are always there

Camera not working properly during forward playback. When we use playback, DVR is restart many times during playback and use forward playback, if we try playback DVR is restart many times. Please solve this issue. We face this issue during playback.

Won't connect I have 4 of these cameras 3 won't connect keeps say connect failed then ap mode and I have emailed the company a few time and no answer this suck so I only have one cameras that work the one that is connect work great
