No customer service, support does not respond to emails, credit gets depleted for no apparent reason and finally purchase of $ credits are not added to account . This is not to mention that often l am not able to receive incoming calls.

Was good till they started taking my payments but not adding my credits. Today got a email says in 5 days my number will expire. I paid for credits 3 times, threw PayPal;no credit increase. What happened?not gonna pay no more until credit issue fixed.

I live in the boondocks and a lot of times this app. is the only way I can call out as my POS Galaxy has wifi-calling issues. I give it 1x star because it will drop my call, usually at the beginning, sometimes in the middle, with a loud chime to show me an ad. It happens so often that I have developed a routine. I dial out, wait for it to drop my call with the loud, annoying chime, close the ad, then dial again. Wouldn't be so bad if you didn't already PAY for the minutes! What gives?

Just so everyone knows, you get only 16 credits per month... that's only 45 text messages OR a 10 minute phone call. I was going to use it to try and get my benefits reinstated. I broke my old crappy phone and have an android device I could hopefully use to make calls with an app. It does say you can earn more credits by watching videos or participate in offers... $1.99 for 200 credits = 125 minutes or 570 texts... you can text for free with the google voice app. My issue is the calls... sometimes I am on hold for 2 hours OR I get my call dropped. So I'd be wasting $. Thanks anyways.

READ THIS BEFORE INSTALLING: this app doesn't work and is a scam. I set up an account with them and sent them 10 dollars in credit. When logging in via the app, groove ip said an account never existed. I emailed them and after about a week they got back to me, not really listening to what I ever wrote (I imagine this company is a one employee type of thing). After I inquired further they simply never got back to me, taking my 10 dollars.. I eventually had to file a claim with PayPal. TERRIBLE

Working fine here. I bought a used Samsung/Verizon 10.1 (2013) tablet. The Sch-i925 came with Verizon Messenger and Android 4.1.2, but no phone or SMS functions. I'm using an Mvno, so Verizon software will never work. Some software can't be loaded, so I have to use older and in the case of Chrome an insecure version. Hangouts dialer loads but doesn't work without a native dialer. Firefox loads and runs securely on 4.1.2 and so does Groove IP. I'm still looking, but so far everything works fine.

I like that voicemail goes to email and credits are easily earned. HOWEVER, my complaint is that the display screen crunches down the number pad as you input more numbers, making navigation through automated menus EXTREMELY difficult if not wholey impossible. The worst scenario is when I have to make a credit card inquiry. Please fix this issue and you'll be perfect!
