Not even a star . Garbage customer service who cannot be reached unless you waste 5 to 10 minutes of your life just to get them on live chat. And no way to contact the customer service smoothly ever . Unfortunately they did badly to the app.

Horrible experience, very unprofessional customer service! I ordered burgers, which turns out stale and were literally stinking, I had a similar experience before where I received a wrong order, upon complaining, the hunger station's representative said they will raise a flag on the issue and assured me that it will not happen again. This time on my complain I received the same repitive response with no apparent action. App deleted for good!

Avoid at all cost. Over charge you on evey single item, always receiving orders with missing items, and not getting a refund on my bank account!!!!

I cannot submit a ticket with help center about an order amount descripency, because the App wouldn't launch the keyboard nor through website as it exits with 500 internal error! There is also no phone number to call, so much to customer service or the lack of!

For me this app it's so good,maybe I don't have a same experience to the other costumer. If I order my food I use hunger station. It is fast deliver than I know, they time must be at 30 to 40 mins,but only 20 mins.my food is arrived😊😋thank you to this app. God bless all😊

During National day, it was mentioned that there will be 33% cash back on orders from Alinma card. It didn't happened. Despite numerous inquiries, there is no response. The customer service system is efficient.

Veryy Baaaad experience, most of the drivers dont speak arabic or english, the application allows for more than one order to be picked, so I have to wait for other orders to be delivered its just to dum. WAllahi it is faster to go get the food my self

App didn't apply my coupons of over 400SAR، and when I contacted them I found a useless customer service. On top of that, prices are much higher than in the restaurants. In short, don't use it. لم يطبقوا الكوبون و خدمة العملاء بلا فائدة. و فوق هذا أسعارهم أعلى من أسعار المطعم. لا تتعاملوا معهم
