Trying to transfer in and out many files is such a headache with problems that occur leading you to repeat the whole process again and again. It's kinda sad that this is one of the best options out there because it lacks so many features aswell. At least the free option is kinda secure compared to companies who might sell your data on the free plans. 10GB is fine on the free plan but definitely not recommended for backing up all of your photos. Not gonna spend time going into more detail.

Argh. What happened to the best feature of all time -- the in app vid player. I used to be able to scroll fwd and back with a center swipe L or R and control brightness with a left edge drag and volume with a right edge drag and it was all nicely full screen. Now on the forced upgrade I just took, it sucks as bad as any other vid player. 👎🏻

This service is excellent in all ways except one: the streaming audio player sounds terrible. This is only an issue for me because I use the service for, you guessed it, audio. This is the reasons I knocked off one star. I wrote to them about this issue and they responded that they have no plans to upgrade their streaming quality. I still do use pcloud and I prefer it to their competition.

pCloud is a real GEM! This service couldn't be any more CONVENIENT or EASIER to use. Learned a few things, incl that I NEED to delete images I've stuffed into my Folders, over the year(s)!!! Haven't cleaned my pic Files for way to long. Likely resulted in uploading 100's of unnecessary pics. Bad me! WOW!! ---> This app, itself, uploads the pics/Folders I select!!!!!! What a SUPERB FEATURE!! Pics retain high quality. (I've trusted Dropbox for it's reliable LONGEVITY. Hope same is true of pCloud.)

With pCloud I can link cloud storage silo accounts such as Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive; also Facebook too! Secure and reliable connectivity that has the people you know you can trust behind the scenes . The user interface is really clean, intuitive and supports several platforms. Drag and drop files from your music library to the web portal and pCloud does it's magic. The setup for 2FA is not a hassle. Pricing is among the best around, heck, Jeff Bezos may even be a subscriber!

This is a great and affordable cloud storage platform. My issue is with the latest version: while there is a built in video player now, it does not keep the screen on, is very hard to scroll forward without going to the next video, and has broken the functionality to open with other apps like video player and vlc. Please fix these issues. I am on a galaxy s21

Video player still crashes during playing videos. It is still not possible to play any video with 3rd party apps like VLC. Pcloud App was really perfect, the main reason why I'm here. Now is totally unusable. Totally disappointed 😞. One star is too much!

Great technology and product, but has trackers. I have the paid product, so why are you tracking my data? I may switch to another provider. Update: The company says these are for statistical use only. Appreciate the info, added a star, but it remains that there are other providers with zero trackers. Maybe get it down from 3 to 1 at least.

Updating from 3 to 4 stars since pCloud has been very robust and flawless over the past months. ORIGINAL message: CORRUPTS FILES - don't use pCloud for important files. I did not believe that pCloud would corrupt files when I read other reviews, until it happened to me. I'm a paying customer and light-weight user, only using 20Gb out of 2Tb. The corrupted file was a TXT file, so I could open it. The file contained PERSONAL IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION, which should never be in there!

I just about s**t all over you and you fixed the interface with my file manager. Guess there was a bug. Thank you very much! That's been going on for the past 48 hours. Still though, I use a stand alone file manager for transfer. If you could make it to where It don't have to go back to the root to move files that would be great. Also, maybe a plan where I could get 4TB or more. Again though thanks 😄
