Not working anymore: I am no longer able to pay on the app via PayPal or card. Usually I use PayPal but it comes up with the dialogue box as it openning PayPal verification but doesn't do anything. With card it's a similar story. I'll try a different card but would prefer to use PayPal if possible. My phone is a Samsung galaxy fold 3 on android 11. Let me know if you are aware of any issues or when it will be fixed.

Terrible app. It used to be excellent when commuting before pandemic. You cannot pay with card or PayPal now, due to an error. Contacted GA via twitter who were useless and said they were not aware of any issues. Obviously there is hence reviews on here! It made life so easy without queuing at a ticket machine.

This was a great app, reliable and easy to use. Since the recent update however it just wont work - keeps saying cannot connect to server and then crashes. Hope GA will pick up on negative reviews and fix it soon!

Since the update I am no longer able to purchase e/m tickets on the app, only tickets to be collected from the station, this defeats the purpose of the app!!

No good for me, doesn't give the option of sending tickets to the machine, haven't got access to a laptop or desktop where it does.

The 'mobile tickets' you get sent when you buy a ticket cause me so much stress. You get an email just saying "press refresh and they will be in the ticket wallet shortly". They never do. The app just tells you there's an error. So frustrating as I like to be organised. Why can't I just get sent my ticket via email on a QR code? It just causes unnecessary anger. Please sort it out. On the plus side it is good to check train times.

Bought tickets online and it told me to get this app (instead of just sending me the tickets like on every other journey) and my tickets won't show up. Now I've got to find out how to refund these tickets I've bought that I can't access. Rubbish.

Useless app. Tap on the menu button in the bottom right and the menu appears for about a micro second and then vanishes leaving a white screen. I have had the app previously but removed it when we went into lock down; what's the point of a train app when no one is going anywhere. It used to work OK.

This app is absolutely useless. Constantly saying no internet when trying to enter payment details. A waste of time and takes longer mucking around with this useless thing then having to queue for a ticket in any case. Absolutely useless.
