Gift Card Application Not Working... The upgrade is not compatible with the gift card gallery. User is after to purchase Giant Eagle gift cards but no longer able to add or store new ones I the gallery. I contacted Giant Eagle at the beginning of August 2021. They confirmed that this function became incompatible. Store manager contacted me to offer a refund for the inaccessible gift cards, but I stated that I was happy to wait for app development team Hence, I hope this is solved quickly.

I added one star because I can order things now but the getgo store thats supposed to be open 24 hours isn't open and has weird hours so when I order something and they aren't open your app doesn't have an option to cancel my order. Which means I have to track down the payment and cancel it myself. Which isn't user friendly.

No way to track your gift card balance or gift card purchases, even though their on hold statement contradicts this. It use to do this but they pulled this feature. No explaination. Awful App. It appears Giant Eagle would like you to loose your purchased ecards and whatever balance left on the gift card and or not use them. Why????

New phone and different error message. Just don't waste your time trying to use it for ordering. This app is a train wreck anymore. Not much good if one can not use it for ordering food. Now all it gives is an error message and blocks me from paying

Once you choose your location it goes to the next screen and says select pickup time and then it stops from there. Used to work flawlessly before but now something broke. That explains the one-star.

About two months ago when I first downloaded the app I would have given it 5 stars- everything was working great added my gift cards and I was set. Now all I can do is refresh the balance of the cards I added. I can't add new gift cards at all. They cut off access, will we ever get the feature back?? Called and was given the app teams number but no answers given BLAXKHAWK Netwofk is a huge company fix the access please

The ecoupon feature doesn't work well. I clip it & doesn't register at the cashier. I have bring it up on my device & show it to the service desk to get the discount. Congratulations, GE! You've actually made your app worse! Can't find coupons anymore. Can't zoom in locations on map anymore & when you try, it changes the zip code & focus & minimizes again. Aggravating!

the advantage pay is a rip off. the problem is that they don't take the money out on same day. it can take 3 business day for them to do so. this the 1st time my accout did not have sufficient funds and for a .30cents savings at the pump it cost me an additional $67.($30 for thier fee and $29 from my bank and $6.50 fee they charged me to use my debit card to pay off transaction so the issue would not happen again.) not to mention they were getting ready to send me to collections.
