Android tablet app not syncing, Android mobile app calender still in a mess

Brilliant Gas Engineer software. Its saved us so much time and money since we started using this, from gas records to quotes estimates and invoices. I can't recommend this more. The team at Gas Engineer are highly trained and support is instantaneous during normal working hours (and beyond) If you want to grow your business and give yourself more time to do what you need to be doing, rather than flying a laptop, this is definitely for you.

Generally been good till the new updates. On android app it has problems with data entering. Numerous phones calls didn't work and the only way to remove the problem was to delete the app and re-install it. Not great when you have a back log of data. However the online version is great and I can't recommend it enough. Once they sort out the bugs I would imagine it will get better.

Used to be a great system, but after they have updated it, although it looks better, it always has issues with syncing. Fed up of having to constantly reinstall to get it to work. How is that saving me time? Seriously considering moving to another system.

Still no smoke alarm entry on cp12 cp2 certificates. This must be a joke..? Sick of trying to educate this lot. *******Check the CP2 Leisure Industry Landlord Check / cert. Its Not There still******( 95% of these are holiday rentals with a landlord obligation for testing and inspecting as owned by holiday parks

This has become very poor app over time and the subscription price just keeps going up the you enter details of the appliance on the app go back to the pc you can see all the details on the cert but when you try to send the cert it keep saying no appliance entered. Some time you recall the customer details on the app and you get double of each appliance this app has be came waste of time and money better off with pen and paper.

Worked fine in the beginning years ago but after each update which I thought was supposed to improve an app it's got progressively worse. This app will NOT save you time or mony in the long run but waste it and eventually grind you down until you're forced to write a bad review about it. Ever so disappointed that I can't put into words

I've had this software for years. It's been a fantastic timesaver when doing gas safety certificates and well worth the cost in time saved alone. Every issue I have had has been resolved quickly and efficiently and I personally would recommend this to anyone in the gas industry who does a lot of safety certs or anything else for that matter.
