I was once locked out of my account it tooks a few months before I got help also I couldn't really make much money on this app I've also been notified that as of Oct 5th mostly high risk investors will get more attention which I am not as yet however this app only allows 1:30 which may be good for some When my time is up I'll be trying something else which also allows me trade on my own but which is more lucrative for me I was told in order to benefit more I would have to invest more money.

Simple to use and fairly it is enough for trading needs. A tip for people who are annoyed by the customer support trying to contact you. Simply pick up the phone and talk like a human being and tell them your real intentions. If you do not want to be contacted, tell them and they won't, if you wish to be contacted at a certain time and date, they will. If you register an account and ignore calls ofcourse you will be contacted over and over again. Be smart not stupid.

Not good , I paid the minimum requird to start small and build up. $250 paid and they blocked access to my account, claiming they did not receive the money- SCAM. SITE. I AM SEVERELY DISABLED, now $250 short. You are 1 part of 3 platform system. Fortrade is part 2 of 3. Gigadat is part 3 and not owned by fortrade.

My experience was very negative, mostly because of the account manager. She kept calling me multiple times a day almost every day for weeks, just blowing up my phone, pressuring me. And it's impossible to delete the account in your profile, like on any other platform. You have to send a mystery emails asking for your account to be terminated... Of course, nobody got back to me and my account is still active.

Very disappointing,, this application just keeps loading endlessly, do something about it. If you check on the comments, you would notice many have been people complaining about the same issue since and nothing is done about it, it's so disappointing and frustrating, other platforms are really user-friendly

Stable app, and fees are fair compared to some of the one available at present. I have had an account with Fortrade Ltd for over 3 years would widely recommend to search for something else felt the team was very pushy got suggested several time to take or hold positions and in more than one instance cost me loads. The company obviously will take no responsibility for it as per contract. That is one no good reason why you should consider Fortrade as during this 3 years have had little to no profits with their suggestions. If you are new to this avoid it there are safest options to consider.
