Very horrible experience while withdrawal. I applied for withdrawal on 28th September but till today I didn't receive my money. I was continously contacting the customer care service but they are replying that they will the send the Swift Code so that I can check for the transaction status and even that also they didn't provide me even after 4 days. I'm waiting for my money for almost 20 days but I haven't received.

Every time I go offline I have to uninstall and install the app for it to work. Otherwise it is a great app.

Absolutely horrible experience, issue after issue from the first deposit, slow and complicated verification process, also documents denied after 2 weeks of trying. I'm sorry but I do not recommend it.

Nice app but still need to improve a lot. 1. Charting tools are not available in app. 2. Orders to be placed on value not based on lot sizes. We need to know lot size of each and every asset. 3. Make open position visible in the chart. Like lot size, stop loss and take profit and current net profit or loss etc. 4. Add indicators to the charts.. atlease basic indicators. Need to do much more improvements..

Has so much potential but extremely buggy for android & apple. The graphs frequently freeze or don't show up thus rendering it pretty useless for trading - where speed fluidity is important (unless you want to loose money) My friend had already contacted them about it and got no response so I'm writing this here as a second review. Also - the dark background is not available on android.

Changes freeze so you can be several pips out of line - this has cost me money and caused a lot of frustration. I see many complaints here but no word from the developers which is dissapointing. I will be moving shortly to a more stable system.

The app is fine but the broker, BDSwiss, not so much. Not only did they call my wife and I repeatedly, wanting us to deposit money, they charged me $30.25 (of my profit) after 90 days of inactivity. I was inactive because I withdrew everything in my account except for the profit and they didn't allow me to withdraw my profit the same way I withdrew my initial deposits (into the same account). Makes no sense. Then they refused to refund me even when I promised to add more money and continue trading with them if they did. I'm a man of my word, so I was definitely planning to do it. Going to a competitor instead.

Itsok but every 15-20 min or so the app freezes and I have to turn off my phone to restart application ... very buggy Also in the app side of the program there is no sell button option if there is i don't see it , please tell me Where the sell button is if you can only access the sell button thru the bdswiss website on computer then its ok but if not it should be put on the app for being able to close trades on the phone not only on laptop

It's very buggy and laggy..I'm practicing on the demo account and some trades just disappear while others keep running and wont close manually or by hitting tp or sl's. I withdrew my money as I dont really trust the platform and fear it just disappearing so I will find a new broker.
