Very bad experience. Not tell the clear about withdraw method. Just they want open account and steal money... 1st deposit 250dollar and after that when start the work again deposit 250dollar.. And after that dont know give us withdraw option or not.. And broker does not guide about trade rates ups and down... On 1st deposite you can earn 60 or 70dollar after that demand deposite more money if you dont deposite then broker access the your account and doea trade loss... Please dont open ac in.

Worst experience with possible fraud. First, they call to convince you to register and add fund then they say we give you 30-50% cash back on first deposit. The app has stupidly big spread, also you can't select the starting stock number and can't choose fractions. Also, the deal with leverage only. So either you win or lose everything. Strangely after verifying my account, they sent email asking me to scan my credit card, name, expiry date should be clear! This is absolutely scam, so be careful

They take through loops to be able to withdraw your money. They ask you to create some skrill account which some other trading site and the want to send your cash there and have you withdraw it from there claiming is to prevent money laundering which is absolutely ridiculous. Imagine asking Walmart for a refund and them having you go to Target to get it. Don't use this app.

I have tried to deposit RM4200(Aprx USD1K). The money left my banking account but my xtrade acc never receive the fund. Wrote email and tried to get help from live chat, all they said was I'll be contacted ASAP but 10hrs have passed and still nothing. When I started making a fuss via live chat, they blocked my live chat function. Now when I click into live chat, it keeps loading. The money is as good as gone. Please don't be scammed by this broker. I will report them to the relevant authorities.

If I had option to give -100 I will give that. The agents are fraud .I tried to withdraw money and they saying verification pending. It's already long time ago. One you put money it's gone. I am going to file a lawsuit. Fraud app fraud. App. If they give the money back I will change this comment. But it's not gonna happen. If u trade you lose money. If u tried to withdraw. They won't allow. Biggest scammers in this century. Plz don't download

Very bad experience. Cheaters in the market especially their Account managers. They washed out your money by giving wrong trades. Not recommended.
