This app has stopped working for a long time since the lockdown began. And now even after the gyms have reopened the app still doesn't function. The fitato team has stopped responding. I still have a 6 month subscription left to use, but I can't as the app is not working nor am I getting a refund for it. It would have had been better if i could either get to use my subscription or get my refund. Since the app is not working and neither the fitato team is responding, I'd say it's a fraud!

Loved the plan they offer. Its one of a kind application which provides you to use your gym membership to any of the gyms near by you. I see a great future fo these folkd. Cheers. Application itself is a lot better and easy to understand. If you are not able to understand anything, their support caller will call you right away to give you details about the offer.

Fitato is a solution for people who like to do different forms of fitness on a regular basis. Under a single membership, you can do different activities like gym, swimming, yoga, group classes, dance etc. Plus they have Community activities and Exclusives, where you get to meet their captains and do activities with them. A very good alternative to a regular gym membership.

My experience has been pretty good,as somebody who recently moved to the city(dnt know anything about any gyms in pune),fitato helped me as they are partners with all the premium facilities around the city,so finding a place to workout was pretty easy and more than anything i like these community events these guys organise(fitato exclusives),an excellent way to meet new people and share your experiences and fitness jouneys.Highly recommended for anybody moving to the city for the very first time

I absolutely love Fitato!! Provides great value for money. Rather than opting for traditional gym memberships and hardly using it, this is a great option for exploring different gyms & activities under one umbrella. The app also offers multiple off-gym activities like Camping, trekking, dance classes at discounted rates for fitato members & customer service team is always receptive in case of any inconvenience. Take my word and give it a shot. You wouldn't regret it. Cheers Fitato!!!

Unable to use their service they could not even transfer the balance to someone else a/c for them to use it. Not happy as I lost all of the amount and got only 5 sessions for a desired activity. I gave 4 star earlier due to their positive response for improving the app and service. However app is still very slow and lack many features, I think much more improvement in service towards customers is required, hence reducing the rating.

I was one of the initial 50 members to join fitato as I got really excited about the idea of working out in different gyms. All kinds of favorite gyms were getting onboarded during 2016-17 which I started enjoying then. Currently, I like it, due to the kind of exclusives they organize on a regular basis and their cool captains like Ritika who motivate you to the core to workout and join their exclusives.

I would not suggest this app. I was not able to use this app for 3 months as I was asked by their support to wait until a new gym is added. They add a new gym after my pass expired. I am not even getting a refund, they are only willing to extend the pass even when I told them I won't ve staying in the country. Bad support. Bad experience. Bad app.

The app load time is an issue. Many times I book aftet reaching the gym and have to wait upto 10 mins to book via app which could be very frustrating. Once it was for over 20 mins. Other than that the concept is great. The team is energetic. Advice to users: Book everything in advance and if possible in one go for 2-3 days as app doest work well with mobile data/gps. PS: My phone is pixel 3

Batch timings mentioned on the app is inaccurate. The number given for Fitato Captain never goes through. The numbers given for the facilities are incorrect. The app itself is filled with bugs. App keeps asking for rating of only one facility even if there are different facilities visited so accurately rating each facility gets impossible. These guys don't even care about their customers and just sell "fitness revolution" passes or any random passes. Even their partner studios are unhappy.
