    I think that the apps content is really good, but there r several down sides: 1. the app doesn't open on my ipad (iPad 3). 2. the app is often slow & it buffers for a long time before it begins to play. Another thing's that i couldn't download it on my laptop.I have to search the app through Google on google chrome, then I can access the app through google chrome. 3. when the app was updated on my android phone, I kept getting an error message whenever I tried to open it & i had to reinstall it

    osn streaming app on samsung tv I love the content but I'm choosing 2 stars because the app itself missing a lot of things: like forwarding and rewinding while I'm watching, controlling the brightness. I have to remember the exact minute to go back which is hard and causes an error sometimes, I have to exist from the app and open it again. the idea of watching movies is to relax and have everything in your hands.. I wish there is ratings for the contents as well Hopefully this will change for the best 🙏🏽❤

    osn streaming apple tv It's not bad, but it's not great. Offers GREAT, but limited content. The app has few flaws - search mode is horrid, 'continue watching' is shown in individual episores rather than simply full series, mobile player doesn't offer short skips and there's no offline option (or if there is its very well hidden) the pc version is equally confusing. New episodes released with delay. Overall for the 10$/mo price, its not as good as other streaming apps only winning points for HBO series

    osn streaming app download the library is great , but the application across the platforms is terrible : 1- all applications does not have profiles for multiple users. 2- On TV when it hangs it stops and you have to search for the part you were in by scrubbing. 3- on Android ,screen is only 16×9 ratio, you cannot maximize it. 4- needs to support HDR and Downloading episodes.     osn streaming app apk Good so far. A bit slow and the interface needs work to be as good and as intuitive as the Netflix interface. In the future I hope you add your apps on Xbox one and playstation 4. Also, I you should definitely consider the LG and Samsung smart tvs. The don't have android tv since they have WebOS for LG and Taizen for Samsung. Netflix and Starz play has apps on all of the above.

    osn streaming app price I honestly thought the change from Wavo to OSN would mean a better app experience, because content was never a problem even before. But I still have buffering issues on my 250 Mbps connection & the app is super slow, despite the fact that there is still no 4K HDR available. The android interface is blindingly white, & the app has stopped working on my phone altogether since 2 days, although it still works in the same (slow) manner on my TV & laptop. Same issues are being pointed by other users.

    I have problem with the application (android) so wen i try to open it i got an msg box "look like something went wrong please try again. Sorry , it look like there was a problem loading the app. Please restart the app. And try again Close retry" I try to update the app., uninstall and reinstall then the problem not resolved.

    I am not satisfied with the service, the movie doesn't run smoothly, every a couple of minutes it stops running for about 10-15 seconds. It happens all the time while we are watching the movie and therefore, i will deactivate my suscription account.

    The content is good & the buffering is quick enough. The main problem is that it promissed the capability of casting from my phone to a smart TV but this seems to be not working & the casting button on my android phone application is not lighted & if I try to cast the phone to the TV the content is not shown on the TV though the sound & subtitles are casted

    Dont bother buying a subscription or downloading it! My first day of using the app and it keeps saying my password is incorrect plus everytime I rest it still says incorrect password,,,, and what's with the damn app pops open the page like a pop add out of no where when I'm not even using the app ... And now its day 2 and yet no response when I emailed I hope disney doesn't keep streaming from them and get back to orbit or another streaming network this obviously sucks !

    Very bad, i could not watch any single episode because when starts buffering it is never end and then get stuck and close the app. I tried it on various devices without any benefit at all, it does not work. The app is not working properly whith android as i try to download it from apple store and it works. Hope you solve this issue

    This I great osn but need emprovement. In addition live TV it doesn't have much channels and movies or TV shows mostly are old not new even cannat play full resolution screen. When search for movies or TV shows it give me no result. So need to be better experience for better live.

    One of worst apps. Very slow to load movies can't Stream to TV. Can't maximize your mobile screen. Exists you out in middle of movies and series. Learn something from amazon and Netflix is want to get your subscribers. Jus getting diseny plus will not help. Waste of time and money. I want my money back..

    Content is good but the app is so bad. Half the time it logs u out and u cant login with ur password, have to request anew one. Other half it does not log in tech support answers after about 1 day to ur problem with standard reply switch off device and then try otherwise share email address. This time they added uninstall app and then reinstall again. Irony is that it wont even install now.

    The co tent on the app is brilliant. But the app itself is really bad. It buffers all the time. Amd streaming using a cromecast is next to impossible. If OSN is listening pls do something about this. Else the good work done to get the right content will go to waste

    Really bad app. You can't steam to a TV only a chrome cast. Every 2 days I have to change my PASSWORD and i CAN'T even Change it from the app i have to change a laptop can't do it from my tablet. and the developer needs to fix these issues.

    Hello OSN The content of your service is very good and worth keeping but you need to improve the platform performance and options, please you could have Netflix as an example of how this should look like to stay ahead of all other streaming services.

    The shittiest streaming app of all time. Too much time to load, the app will suddenly freeze and the movie or whatever you are watching will have an error. Very bad scene selection options.

    Lots of problems with stream quality and streams failing playback, Curl!fast function is also equally unstable. ... all very unfortunate, looking forward to this being fixed as the content looks great

    This app hits everything on the wrong way. Playback long loading time, it is like there is no buffering cache, non user friendly Interface where the watched episodes are shown. Why do I want to see what I have seen!?, Video player option shows up for a while even after the video is played. Sometimes the app asks to login again. As if the app clear all its information although I was just using the app minutes ago. Frustrating application sucks all joy you are having while watching favorite show.

    App is usable but needs alot of work. Shows buffer semi-constantly on android tv and samsung smart tv app. You cant add shows to favorites, you can only add episodes, which is not very useful. Watched episodes don't sync between devices. On the home screen, the app shows the episode i watched previously instead of the next one. The skip intro button is missing on the smart tv app.

    Regardless the movies, series, TV shows and whatever. The app is really really really slow till the point where you just change your mind and you close it and switch to Netflix. Tried different devices, unistall and install again (I thought, why not it can work!) but I am really disappointed! What a shame.

    It has great movies and TV shows, and the best thing is that it has disney plus platform. However, it needs a LOT of improvements such as: the ability to add movies and TV shows to My list, the resolution, the search box needs to work properly (when I search for some contents, it gives me no results while that content actually available in the app).

    Please don't buy this, an absolute piece of garbage! First of all, the cost of subscription is way too high compared to the other service providers and the experience it gives you for the buck is just terrible!! The app is so unfinished, filled with tons of bugs and glitches.... couldn't watch a single episode without random endless buffering popping out of nowhere. Again, please don't put your money on this piece of trash!

    Picture quality is low, disconnects and takes long time to load. App is not compatible with my Sony Android 4K TV (I am using other streaming services and they work flawlessly on the same TV). OSN, sounds like it would take you a long way to catch up with your competition. Not sure if you would still exist by then! Definitely will not renew my subscription.

    I am so mad at this app, I wish I could give it zero stars. When exit the app, OSN randomly opens up, taking an age to load, interrupting whatever you were doing with your phone previously. This includes using OSN. It will interrupt what you are watching to load itself, and have no memory of where you left off. This is the most frustrating app to use, in general. From loading, to design, to playback options; the user experience is terrible. Not worth the trouble, but it is what we have...

    The application is pretty useless. There's a huge lack of features that I can't even choose streaming quality while watching a video. There's also no forward or backward like YouTube or other streaming apps. You don't have a list to add your shows to so you better remember what you were watching. I won't be renewing my subscription till they fix this mess.

    This app is great! Am really glad I found it! But I have 2 issues The first one sometimes it takes quite a while to open which is not that bad The second one not being apple to fast forward or backward what you are watching which is a very necessary tool. Also it would be nice to be able to put more than one profile on the app so when it is shared with family each person can have their own user profile

    This app is great but it lacks the "profile" feature as its allowed for 5 screens and if more than one watch the same series or movie it will make a horrbile mess, although there is something that i really hate which is that i have to change password every 3 days because the account is being locked, too much security policy is not good btw

    The app lacks a lot of options on my samsung tablet: Dark mode, rewind, fast forward, making a list of my fav things to watch. I can make an episode a fav.. like what is that!!! I have to go to search everytime in the bright white mode that is really annoying to look at! The worst thing is that at the end of some episodes the picture gets stuck and the sound becomes distorted! Soooo annoying & I miss a lot of the scene! The only reason for the 3 stars is the great collection of series & movies.

    Unless you have a rare high speed 15mbps internet don't use this app. You can't download any content and if you are watching something that's available in 1080p on a slow internet connection it will load in 1080p and won't even buffer if you pause. I put 2 stars instead of one because of the huge library but honestly what's the point if you can't watch any of it.

    The content is good BUT i had a bad bad experience the moment i subscribed for the free trial. First, the app is very slow. Second, i wasn't able to continue one single episode without any buffering. Third, the app needs many more improvements comparing netflix (forward and backworkd button, many profiles, downloads...) Finaly, i have five more days for my free trial and in case there are no improvements in the app i will cancel my subs. for sure. Thank you

    Of course OSN Content is amazing, but the app needs lots of work, it lacks some basic features like fast 10s forward, 10s backward, next, previous episode. And most important, the website and app can't remember the episodes I watched and pick from it onwards, it only plays the episode to the end and return to home which wastes my time searching for the series title and locate the last episode Just to be able to stream it like a series. There are some other minor glitshes but I can live with 😊

    Great app and great contents. I like the choices of colors and the easy UI. However, sometimes the picture freeze while the sound is still going on. Also, you need to add the ability to rewind and fast forward 10 seconds. I also believe it would be better if the app was multiuser instead of multiscreen.

    I've subscribed to the free trial and it was the worst experience I even had, the app is very slow and when I try to watch any move its page doesn't load and there is a massage appear says "faild to load the server" Netflix has a better content with original movies & series and at the end I'd like to ask you one question osn, what will you do after 3 or 4 years when Disney+ and the other content platforms which you bought this content from them come to The middle East and North Africa ?

    The contents are okay but the app function is terrible, like my inrernet is syperfast and sometimes it doesn't go to the episodes and sgays in waiting for a long time till I get board and stop the app and reopen and this doesn't work sometimes. It makes me also signout sign in coz it says failed and whenever I click on something to watch it says join us and so. It's quite annoying as the experience isn't enjoyable.

    The app is very slow, Wavo was faster. I think it have to get more work on enhancing the stability of the stream and the response of the app. Also, it must have a dark mode. Because honestly right now looking to the current situation of the app, I won't recommend it to anyone at all. And if it stayed like I might cancel my subscription.     This app has the best Library. I'm serious. But... It's extremely slow to open and also streaming experience isn't the best (unlike Netflix and Starzplay). I thought nothing can be slower than Wavo. Well, I was completely wrong because this new update is. Too bad, I was so excited with all the changes made (or thought was made, because all I can say, it's the name that has changed!)

    I use the app on LG smart TV . overall seriver is good but there disadvantages. -customer service not Replay emails from customers. -streaming video will take time to load and play videos. -live streaming channel not all support high quality show on same channels. - going to next channel is not possible. you need to get out from live to to go to next channel.

    I hope this review will be considered as feedback need to be implemented not criticism. First content is good and Arabic subtitle is wonderful but it is not enough to make it good service. 1- multi user for each account. 2- download option. 3- better support for Chromecast. 4- enhancement on play memory and where did the user stop because it always miss up. 5- adding Amazon original content not yet available in MENA such as man from the high castle and the grand tour will be exceptionally.

Especially with Disney+ but it really needw to work on the app. Random crash, no downloading option and also the option to resume where you left of is really annoying. I really like OSN.     Great experience but lacking important features: -We need to be able to have multiple users -Only 5 devices and 2 at the same time is very low and not that convenient as I will have the need to make it work on my smart TVs consoles and phones -why can't I view the main osn channels live on it - why is there no option for me to download content -disney+ section only has a few marvel content - dark mode?? -loads up slowly even on fast internet -the option to double tap to skip 10 seconds

    I can't stress enough how frustrated I am with the user experience provided by wavo. The content is incredible, especially the HBO shows and the linear tv feeds, but the technology is working awfully. No watchlist. No watch next episode option when you finish the one you're watching. Every episode I watch gets stuck in the "continue watching" section. For someone who relies heavily on chromecast, the app crashes every single time I open it while casting, and that's just VERY annoying.

    Obsolete disgusting and useless, i get kicked to the welcome screen every time i try to watch something, support is useless and they didn't reply to me when i emailed about a problem with my old account so im not going to wast my time emailing them again. I've had enough of this sh** you should know that competition is there and I've already considered my alternative.

    1- Can't be configured to save data by reducing the resolution if u r using the mobile internet. 2- The data buffering is extremely bad. The episodes continue to be disrupted while they work smoothly on Netflix for the same internet speed. 3- "Skip the intro" button if not pressed remains forever on your screen, and if pressed it skips more than the intro. 4- LG TV App is horrible. Search button is not working properly. There is no auto-continue feature to the next episodes.

    You can't watch the movie without buffering 😒, it's painful, no. I use chromecast, with same speed Netflix and prime videos are working fine. Pls don't tell subscribers to signout and login, there is serious issue with your streaming service. Fix it, i don't think with this buffering issue, you will have more subscribers. Few days more, if not fixed, i will unsubscribe and many more . Fix the issues on your side OSN. We subscribe not to fix issues on our side, we subscribe to enjoy the service

    Only connects to android tv sometimes and when it finally does connect it doesn't immediately play the next episode. Also dosen't remember where you left of and ends up restarting the episode from the beginning. It's annoying to use and definently not user friendly.

    I am very happy for the kids and also in general it is better for family viewing in contrast to NETFLIX per say where the content even in the kids section is not age appropriate. OSN is more flexible and specially with the channel streaming kids dont have to pick what to watch ,they just turn on the kids channel and they are good to go,its like old school tv watching for kids in some sense.

    Great content (especially HBO shows), terrible app. Pros: 1- GREAT CONTENT Cons: 1- When I open the app, it takes forever to load, which is not great 2- The UI/UX experience makes me feel like the app is cheap, it's not smooth and the continue watching feature is ugly 3- The design is meh and it's obvious that they want to build something quickly instead of paying attention to the details 4- The player is not that great and lacks many options, also, there's no option to play the video in the backgroun like (YouTube, Netflix..etc) 5- The seach functionality is not perfect, I want to filter BY EVERYTHING not just search

    1. Slow app. 2. It gives the subscriber no opportunity to unsubscribe! 3. Picture quality is SD not HD as netflix. 4. Does not with full capacity on TV.Through my app on samsung TV I can't get to seasons 1-15 of Grey's anatomy. But i can through my mobile phone only!

    Nice shows but terrible app performance. Every time I try and playback it always gives me an error and then I need to close app, open app, play, no luck, close app, open app, cross fingers, play .....phew!! Sucks the fun out of watching anything!!

    The application has a show i enjoy watching but it is not user friendly, everytime i exit the screen to check other applications i have to restart the episode..don't think will keep subscription after my show finishes... on top of this the app always freezes it's driving me insane

    The Content is amazing but the experience is lacking. -Performance issues is a major serious problem with this app which gives off a feeling that it's a cheap service. -There is also no option to create different profiles, despite proudly advertising simultaneous device support. -No 4K or HDR I hope you guys can fix these problems, otherwise I'll just go back to Netflix.

    Disappointing ! The app doesnt exist on my samsung smart TV. Ive downloaded it on my mobile for a free trail, good but limited selection. However you can only find wavo on samsung tv, which doesnt work. Their call center said that wavo is cancelled and that you should download osn, only problem is that it doesnt come up when you search for it. There goes the free trial.

    There is no skip or rewind function. The app Hs failed a couple of times leading to having to restart the content from where the crash occurred. For 35aed. A month for an unstable app might not be worth it in the long run...if they don't improve...

    Very stupid app, it works only on small screens like mobiles and tablets. It doesn't work on smart TV, android TV or cast devices. I think they intend it to make us subscribe to the 100 dolar osn satellite service, but this is not gonna happen. Netflix forever until you are competitive enough.

    I love OSN Streaming but I am facing issues on my Android TV. Every time I need to watch my movie, the app crashed and it boot loop my TV. Also please add adaptive icon in order to have a better look of your app. Device : TCL Android TV running Android 9.

    Such a crappy app. Crashes every 5 minutes, if you fast forward scenes, the audio goes off automatically, totally pathetic. I subscribed for a year but thinking of cancelling my subscription before the free trial ends as I don't see this worth paying for.

    the app keeps on closing and it doesnt show which episode you were last on or if you are in the middle of an episode and the app closes it doesnt say where in the episode you left off. And the shows keeps on buffering. Ive had this app for over a year and it hasnt improved. Its a shame since all the content is good.

    OSN might have the most premium content around, but their app and website have a really bad and lacking design, which makes the overall experience extremely bad, and too much work. Functions that are available in all streaming Apps don't exist here , such as: "Your own Watchlist" , "The ability to create multiple users each with different settings and a different watchlist", "Video Playback in the background for mobile apps", and many functions to be added to the video player. PLEASE FIX IT.

    So horrible . Very complicated , keeps buffering although we have a fast internet connection , getting it to cast on tv is a lot of pain . Needs lot of improvement. I wonder did they even test this app before releasing it ???

    I would like to give you 5 stars but an error message keeps appearing whenever I start the app, I tried removing it and reinstalling it again multiple times and it didn't work, the previous "Wavo" was working fine and this problem only appeared after the recent update, can you please fix this problem Regards

    The app is craching everytime I use chromecast. I can see all people are complaining about the same issue but there is no solution from your side. I think cancelling my subscription is the only solution for now. Update: It started to stream using the chromecast after I updated the app to the latest version and cleared the cache files of the app. Thanks for Wavo technical support team. I modified my rating to 5 stars.

    A new app but the same problems and now almost 10 years behind the competition and now double the cost! Also, where is 4K and HDR? Its nice to Disney+ content but why is it at a lower quality and a higher cost. More like Disney- than Disney+. I have always thought OSN was the premium provider with a better set top box than DU or Etisalat but in the online word it has been one mistake after another. MUST TRY HARDER

    Dear OSN, it has been a pain in the arse to sit and watch properly, without any buffering issues or with some stuck up problem. Moreover, it is an annoying or irritable task, if you want to watch it on chromecast or so. Please do fix this serious issues other than changing the outlook of the app or the name. Thanks!

    The movies dont play well, videos disconnect , some technical issues problem on playing the video , i asked osn many times if i can play it on my computer with no answer , it seems it couldnt be used by computer , i tried it 1 week and will not pay for the next week

    Terrible audio quality, buffering issues, no option to rewind or forward, limited content on disney plus compared to the US or even IND version. The heart of the whole experience the video player ia terribly buggy. Didn't even complete one day and unsubscribed from the service. Thanks for the free trial

    All this content was free in the old app except for cinema movies! Somehow now it needs a monthly fee?! Nothing is playing in the app without the monthly fee!!! OSN is recently trying to squeeze any money while lowering the quality's level across all it's services! Update 1: uninstall and reinstall done without any use...email sent with user ID to you Update 2: thanks for the reply by email, a sign out and in solved the issue... App rating modified accordingly

    The content on wavo is really good but endless problems from constant buffering ( no such problem with other streaming platforms) to not being able to download to watch offline, not being able to continue watching from where you left off. Finally cancelled my subscription and deleted the app

    The content you offer is great but the app is very buggy! Each time i attempt to play a video it says "failed to connect please try again later". Uninstalled and installed multiple times but the error is still there. Please fix it cuz i am on my free trial period and if it remained like this i will have to cancel the subscription

    I was very interested to subscribe since you have Disney+ and HBO but once I downloaded the app on my TV I'm not able to watch because of Root error which I don't know what the hell it is since I'm using Netflix and YouTube on the same TV. Believe me if you fix the issue you have great and competitive contents
