Thanks team The experience is good but we RPCs need to see the days locked, tokens, amount paid and balance to be displayed on the app, because we normally recieve such inquiries from customers and we are willing to help them when we have access to.Thanks

It's very bad in some ways whereby it won't allow you to you to see exactly how many days the customer has missed, as well as to view full customer information for follow ups sake, it can't also allow the user to edit somewhere were he/she might have made mistakes during vetting. Making changes in those areas would really help the field worker. Especially editing, allow the user to edit where they have mistakes while vetting, but after association let no one be able to edit.

The app helps us to vet so well but it's so annoying when it comes to follow ups, it doesn't show customer's exact lock up percentage, doesn't show the date of lock up instead it shows total of days locked. A customer pays and instead it shows an increase in go green amount and it misbehaves towards days of color capture 😥😥😥

It's quite in vetting and association performance but needs to be programmed for up grade schedule when it comes to customers need of upgrades other than visiting the service centers it's tiresome and costly to customers that come from distant places

Very nice application but it needs to be improved with the sensitivity of attaching files from the gallery or the drive like that it'll be a platform without boundaries.

My app always stops working when a person calls me it restarts so i get always have to re vet a customer incase i get a call when still vetting and the problem persists even if i update the app

Improve on bar scan a customer image when you when you try to forcus for the perfect image it cant cannot capture a clear shoot.
