Terrible!If can rate zero star I definitely will not recommend. Unable to log in after install the apps shows Oops! An error occurred. You may have pressed the back button, refreshed during login, opened too many login dialogs, or there is some issue with cookies, since we couldn't find your session. Try logging in again from the application and if the problem persists please contact the administrator.

The delivery service is always good, but the app is a disaster.. not sure what happened all of a sudden.. I am being charged service fees when I have paid for the Digital subscription, and when I tried to use the promo codes during this 9.9 promotional period, it ALWAYS never work.. even if I attempt to purchase at 9.02am or so (with cart > $120). I will get the error message 404: Coupon not found.. please do not try to roll out promotions if your app cannot handle..

Always a pleasant experience shopping online at fairprice, with loads of free gifts and great discount to checkout every so often. And the helpline is truly an amazing helpline we can turn to. However I still think the service fee should be taken off since NTUC members have been paying monthly for the membership fee and handful of us are longterm members. You can raise the checkout amount to compensate the service fee (i.e. minus 1 star). My opinion.

"Something unexpected happened" This has been the error message for the last 3 days even after update. It is one thing when some items are found in the store and not on the app (non- perishable). It is another when you totally don't let people buy from the app.

Good app but the problem is the delivery. The deliver was very rude and was sailing that I didn't know how to go to the location. Worst person ever will order again but if it is the same thing happens again I will stop ordering from ntuc

It's very convenient for me.No need for me to carry a heavy things...I'm really happy and thanks that NTUC FAIRPRICE got this apps...delivery is prompt and so far all delivery guys are helpful to bring in my orders ...pls keep it up for an Excellent Service and Good products and a lot of discounts 👍 😊

Enjoy shopping with NTUC. Easy, reliable, good varieties and quality . Initially I had problems logging in n got error messages till the default setting for internet connection was changed. Problem was then resolved.

I love to purchase from NTUC but the only concern is the minimum purchase is $79 for free delivery which i think is high side. Others only require $50 or $59 can enjoy the free delivery. Hope NTUC can consider. Thks

Great experience after using the app payment via self service lane, suggest to corporate the additional PG and MG status in the personal profile such that no additional assistance is required during the discount days.

I have been ordering from this app. And nothing major happened. But today there was a prompt saying there is an error. When i uninstalled and reinstalled the app again it says my address is not serviceable. So whats going on?
