Please fix some bugs in the application Even if bookings are available it's not reflecting in application some times, tried to login and logout but no use. Fix the errors and other thing are fine Please provide insurance and give some benefits from your side. Drivers are having zero benefit from the company except the duties.. If a company is running only because of drivers company needs to think about the driver also. Provide insurance bonus some perks to drivers so it could encourage them..

Normally im updating the app regularly. simply asking update the app or it says contact vendor team your status is not in active it says. once i look my profile it is active. why this problems I don't know. even every time I will updates all applications. only ezi drive app says like this 😞😞😞

there is no option of registering. as soon we install the app it shows login with driver id or mobile number, when mobile number is entered no option of register. such a useless app.

i had a horrible experience with ezidrive. 7th april 2019 i had booked a driver for one way drop at 9.20pm , the driver was supposed to come at 1030pm and just at the last moment they called me saying they cannot provide the service. Good that now we have other operators , on which i had to fall back on.

The app expects you to be registered and ask you to login with DriverID or Mobile Number..There is no option to Regsiter if you arent registered already.

I am happy to be a part of ezidrive, but still more facilities to be improved in favour of drivers, like ezidrive savings , 350 for all the days for 4 hrs bcoz of heavy traffic, outstations per day 850 is too less even company can think more than us . Over all app and the team members are good .
