Worst customer support. They dont know the solutions for our problems. When ever we called, they will give only one answer that they will call back. And announced daily incentives, and not received yet. Pathetic service, dont have option of raising complaints in the app. And one more thing that they are very clevely done, that is we will not get offer details in app or by msg. 24 hours we should be in front of the phone to pick there calls. Is this possible?

Too worst experience. No orders even after waiting from morning to evening. Partner response and complaint raising method is worst need a development. Main problem is with order accepting button we cannot even get to know where to click to recieve the order. Update the order accepting button checkout other application interfaces how advanced it is.

This app is not good for partner. If there is mistake of Customer for that Partner have to pay off. As same thing have been done by me. I request to others who are thinking to Join the Porter Delivery Partner please do not join it. It's useless Good for Nothing. There was the Customer mistake for which i have call on customer care number then also no use of call. The action which is taken on me for that i will be move to Consumer Court. Guy's be safe for this App 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Most of customer not fill actual/perfect location...most of time when pickup order then call to customer then customer tell us location is 500mt to 1.5km different for customer filled location in apps..so 10-20 min. west of time to search customer local location.. 1. Please update your gps software. 2. Your fire rate its very low. please add waiting time charge and other. Please update your apps for filling actually location software. same as Ola/uber/repido. And trip fire rate.

The solution developed by the creator is good. However the customer support is very poor. They are more inclined towards their porter partner than customer. I booked porter for delivery of material even after paying for helper. Porter was not ready to provide help and unprofessional attitude. After complaining to customer support. They are not ready to accept the mistake and putting cancellation charges on the customer. Beware before booking....

It's a good app but I have only problem that it's not have any rate card to calculate the right amount for trip and there is no option to go to Home location if you are 100 kms away from home then you have to go home empty with your own expense go to Home must be added for doing last trip of day

Ringer Tone Rings very Slow. Pls increase and change any lowder ringer also change Icon on screen while accepting order. Its too small. (see in swiggy delivery partner app) overall good app 🙏🏾
