UI can be better. Channels which I don't have subscription to appear the same way which is frustrating. They should appear faded or have a filter at the top to show subscribed channels only. The same applies to radio stations, VOD, etc. Also when I have a popup showing I don't have a subscription and hit OK, I'm kicked out of the programme list!

I am a subscriber of VIVACOM EON TV Premium + 1000Mb/s in Bulgaria, everything is up to standard, internet, boxes, applications, but there is a serious problem, all series that are broadcast do not have a series and season number, this makes interactive TV useless. Other TV providers have this information. All channels submit it, it is available on the Internet.Channels are always broadcast in SD quality, very rarely in HD(Vivacom WIFI).I hope you fix this soon so there is no outflow of users.

Totally useless! You cannot filter or sort the channel from your subscription and you have to guess. Cannot find a list of the channels you are subscribed either! Lots of ads on movies and channels you can't play and the quality is out of question. Such a waste of time.

The app says that the android box is rooted, which is of course not. Support says the following: "The change that occurred came at the request of our partners and it is a matter of harmonization with world practice and SBB is obliged to apply it." Well none of you never told anything to the subscribers about it. One star, you don't deserve more.

After last update it is refusing to start because my phone is rooted. This is totally unacceptable. I hope this is just a bug and will be fixed soon, otherwise I will say goodbye to Vivacom for good..

Poor user experience. The user interface is annoying. Activation of addional TV packages is done from the telco's app and is very slow. Casting to Chromecast doesn't work. IMHO such poor quality apps for paid services shouldn't be allowed in the app store.

My second day of using the app and already crashed with an error The App can't be used. This MAY BE because the device is rooted or is somehow alerted. Are you for real? I'm paying for VIVACOM mobile TV and the app can't work because of "somehow"... Either fix the problem quickly, or it goes straight to the Customer Protection Comission. You compensated me 2 times for problems in the TV Go app... and still continue to give me broken app. You are just throwing your clients to the garbage.

Impossible to log in. The app stays in landscape mode during the login screen and there is no scroll option. The login button and part of the form fields are simply not visible and can't be reached, filled or clicked.

After reinstalling the error is the same " EON TV can not be installed on the device". If the app is not with Huawei devices why it can be installed on it… what is the idea :). Please make it possible to use it. Thanks!

The latest update makes the app impossible to use because "the device has been rooted" even though it hasn't been rooted. It was a good app, it's a shame it became trash.
