Drops takes “boring” out of language learning: useful vocabulary is beamed into your memory via gorgeous minimalist illustrations and fast paced micro-games.
The fun part? It only takes 5 minutes a day. In fact that’s all the time you get! Insane? Yes. Works? Absolutely!

Cornerstones of Drops:

👀 Drops is 100% visual: We use pictures to directly connect the meaning to - not to your native language! No middleman. Quicker, better and more fun! :)
🏎️ 5 minute session limit: limiting learning time may sound counterintuitive but it makes Drops incredibly addictive which is not a bad thing when we talk about language learning. The barrier of entry is nonexistent. No excuses: you ALWAYS have 5 minutes!
🕹️ Effortless practice: We took a good look at why games are so fun and addictive and injected the essence into Drops to create an app that is freakishly immersive but in this case you don’t waste your time playing instead you build a valuable asset: knowledge of a new language.
⚡Rapid pace: We believe in quick pace and typing on your phone’s keyboard is nothing but fast. Say hello to rapid swipes and taps! You’ll need those extra seconds to get the most out of your 5 minutes ;)
🎯 Vocabulary focus: No grammar, only curated words with high practical value. Drops focuses on one thing and it does it extremely well. Drops also teaches “alphabet” courses for beginners in Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Hebrew, Arabic, Russian and Hindi.
💁Forge learning habit: Drops wants to convert you into a language learning addict. No matter how effective your learning tool is, if you don’t use it on a daily basis, it doesn’t really matter. Drops tricks your mind and you’ll be better for it!

Reviews From google play store

Highly quick and intuitive! As a vocabulary learning tool, it's unmatched. The one drawback is that it doesn't teach grammar, conversation, or other aspects of language. After a while (500-1000 words) you can start to intuit a few things, but it never expressly teaches you those aspects. Again though, for leaning vocabulary it's the best (by far) I've ever seen.

I've used Drops to learn vocabulary in a number of languages. It works well as a flash card drill app. It has a few flaws though. The vocabulary it teaches is completely generic and the same for all the languages I have tried, which can be jarring and culturally tone-deaf. It's weird, for instance, to teach "mosquito net" in Icelandic (there are no mosquitoes on Iceland), or 'snake' in Maori (ditto). Some drills have bugs in them when homophones are present.

I love that this app uses a set amount of time and a great amount of learning to teach languages/vocab to the modern speaker. I really enjoy it! I'd love to see Latin and Ancient Greek on there, but I'm plenty happy with Spanish and modern Greek for now! It would be really cool to link to other learning softwares or create school groups so teachers can edit and direct students to lessons that correspond with specific units! It's amazing as it is, and I'm grateful that it exists for free! Thanks!

This application is quite good,it helps me a lot to learn a lot of vocabs, and i can almost remember all words wich i learnd, because of the way that it gives words,it gives you words with their pictures wich describe them exactely,so i strongly advise everyone wants to learn any language correctely to use this application.

I have to agree with the other reviewer and this more of a vocabulary app rather than a language app. The subscription is way too expensive for what they offer. Also no option to ignore a lesson especially the shapes lesson. I don't care what rectangle is in Japanese! I need to learn how to converse with a local. Best bet is to stick to Memrise and Lingodeer. Duolingo subscription is almost as expensive as Drops.

Very good app but sadly it won't stop bothering me to go premium, i don't have a job, i can't pay you, i just want to see my previously learned words, why should i pay for something this simple?? Seriously why can't i see my collection? Very frustrating and very overpriced for a vocabulary app. Google translate seems to do the job better and for free

I am study Thai with drops and I have to say I am a bit disappointed. The app itself and the method looks good, but the problem is that at least in Thai language the app is always as a female speaker. You can't change to male speaker which is a big issue if you are a guy. I contacted the support team about it, not even get an reply from them...

New update V32.12, app still crashes, not worked for the last 7+ updates. V32.12 Briefly worked for one day, but now back to crashing on start!!!!! Anyone else having problems? Uninstall then reinstall does not fix it. This has occured previously to me. Worked for a number of weeks or months then gets killed by an update. Just tried installing on a different tablet, identical model Lenovo A10-70F crashes on that in same way.

I am learning really well, however I would love for NON PREMIUM members to at least have a 10 minute option or be allotted two sets of 5 minutes per day. On that basis alone, I have given this app 4 stars. But I must say, I've only had this app for two days now and the vocabulary is already sticking! Great job👌 It also really makes up for the missing vocabulary in Duolingo.

Currently learning hungarian. Very easy to learn from, clear pronounciation with additional slower reading after repeated presses. But would be so much better if it can test all the words learnt in the collection at random. For simplified chinese maybe add in the option of only showing the hanyupinying without thr chinese characters with english translation would be alot less complicated. Because we're learning mostly for talking, just knowing how words are pronounced is enough.

Would be better if you could get more than 5 minutes a day without a subscription and if you could shut off notifications within the app. Too many pops for not being able to actually do anything.

The app is fantastic. I just wish it would notify me when a lesson is available instead of at a certain time. Edit: going from 5 to 3 stars because I get a crazy amount of notifications a day. It's worse than Duolingo! How hard is it to only notify me when a lesson is available?

I'm impressed by the distinction between dialects (eg Portuguese v Brazilian Portuguese, Castilian v Mexican Spanish). The gameification is smart, and the frequency of pronunciation repetition is something I've found missing in other language apps.

Interesting way to learn.... Helpful etc. Only (minor) nit(s) - script seems not always able to "catch" my strokes, - both versions offer extra time (about a minute) for watching an ad; it doesn't always register that fact.... Does do the job though....

I'm using this app to learn Mandarin and so far, so good! The app's design itself is simple which is a great way to let yourself focus on the words rather than the flashy designs. Overall, it's really a great app.

Why the multiple messages every morning?? Please just 1. You're draining my phone and watch battery and causing me to not pay attention to alerts. Only good for learning words, no sentences. Randomly very wrong, but not often. I'm not sure why I have to learn the wrong term for a blocked pipe or an Allen wrench but it's pretty addictive so good going there. Please up your quality control

Very good app but the vibrating after every question / word is painfully annoying especially if doing at night or in a quite room with other people and theres no option to turn off in the settings that I've been able to find please give us an option to turn off

Really good app that I would buy if it wasn't so expensive. It's waaaay too much just to learn words. Even with a 40-50% discount. I'd pay max $15 for a lifetime use.

This app contains a lot of useful topics that one can learn, even without the full pack. The only thing I dislike is I only get 5 minutes. The interface, method of revision and teaching are lovely.

You can learn a lot I just would like to buy the app instead of paying for a subscription. It's too expensive and its good actually, but there are similar apps for free or cheapers.

It looks good, the layout, teaching etc. But the app has been kicking me out of the app. I can't go pass the title screen, it will just show that then kick me.

This is more interactive and I would stick with for sometime and give a more elaborate review. Time limit for non premium seems unfair. Maybe 1 language limit will be sufficient.

This app is otherwise perfect and very well-designed, but I can't get over the vibrations with every button I push... I wish there was a way I could disable it.

This app has an interesting and awesome concept. However, it won't do anything if this app just keep crashing on my phone. Pretty sad I can't get addicted to language learning...

I enjoy this app. It won't teach you the language but as an additional vocabulary resource, it's fun to use.

There are mistakes in pronouns. Wrong (not properly functioning) games. One often can hardly figure out what the pictures supposed to represent. There are several better products in the market.

Good for learning while on the move, few minutes a day is the right amount of time I can dedicate to learning, this app fit my needs, great!

(Learning Japanese) Really good! So I downloaded a few apps and by far drops is quite up my list. My only gripe is the lack familiarity. In my case, not showing small hiragana letters when learning katakana is disappointing for me. It would strengthen my hiragana and katakana at the same time. Because If you learn something new and connect it with past knowledge it'll be easier to get the hang of. This app doesn't incorporate that enough. But other than that it has amazing visuals and practices!

It's a very good app- and now I know so many words in Spanish on my first day! I wish we didn't have a timer though.. It's okay, because it's worth it.

The App is easy to use and the words at your diaposal. The pronunciations however, are very robotic and some even sound hollow(like at another end of a tunnel)!!! Not all words are covered either! Eg. Family: doesn't have son or daughter listed. It has mother-in-law but no father-in-law. The revision too (Dojo) is sort of monotonous.

Drops is useful as a way to learn vocab, but not to learn a language. Some of the pictures are also confusing, which makes learning the vocab difficult.

So as far as learning something new: I like it. But as I found a mistake, a simple one, I can't seem to be able to tell about it to the devs without subscription... That's quite annoying. Also, knowing words is one thing, but am I going to learn sentences as well? Besides the above I am fairly happy with the app and considering buying premium, to me the above needs to be fixed first though.

I love that vocabulary is taught via pictures and not direct translations, and I like that you can train previously studied words at the right time when you are staying to forget them. It could be a lot better if the app would increase the difficulty for previously studied words over time so that you're required to actually come up with the words yourself (recall) instead of just matching a picture to the correct word or putting syllables in the right order.

I like this app... However some of the pronunciations are wrong. I have many Spanish friends across South America and one thing they all have in common is that Vs and Bs are pronounced the same (B). On this app veinte was pronounced with an English V, rather than Beinte. As well, I'm learning Mexican Spanish and some meanings aren't very accurate. For example, Me encuentro con means "I'm with" or "I meet with" not just "I meet" as I asked my Mexican friend for verification.

good app. I wish the time where you can use it were a bit more flexible. The way it's organised however is really good. The writing exercise is the only real downfall though. I find it strange you don't actually have to type the words, I think it's a fundamental aspect of the language you miss by not having it. Ultimately it feels like it hinders your learning experience. Other than that the interface is really nice and the range of vocabulary is really good.

3.5 stars. I love the format and the time limit and the ease of use for learning vocabulary. I'm also impressed by the range of choices and that languages like Arabic include the option of doing it in Roman or Arabic letters. Unfortunately the Arabic also includes a significant number of minor errors and inconsistencies. Large errors are rare, however, so it's still worthwhile. I report all errors but they are slow/unresponsive in making corrections.

I'm simply in love with the app. I've been a user for language learning apps and websites for years, and constantly try to find smth new, try to keep abreast. For now my favourites are Memrise, Duolingo and HelloChinese. And now Drops. Drops is amazing and looks like nothing else i use. I bought the membership the same day.

I've tried many different methods to learn a new language, and I always get stuck at building vocabulary. Drops works really well for me and in a short time I'm confident with 500 new Tagalog words and still motivated to learn. The key really is 15 minutes a day... Great app and they've added new content. Well worth the yearly subscription for me. Keep it up Drops team!

The best thing in this App is a design and animation. These attracts your attention and rises a kind of addiction until you start to understand certain things behind. First, all these fancy graphical transitions take exactly half of your free 5 minutes to learn "words". Second, quotes for "words" are used because in this App you are learning not the real words from other languages, but rather icon names drawn by the authors in the desired language. So, if you are raised as a part of clip culture this App could be of use for you, but if you aim to learn a foreign language I would suggest looking for another one.

It is a fantastic app I enjoy using. My only complaint is some of the symbols for words are similar so there just needs to be an adjustment with some drawings with the words and then I would give it 5 stars. For example the Japanese symbol for sun and it shines look identical so I got one where it said I was wrong because there were two identical suns with the meaning of one as the word I was trying to match to the image.

It's not a perfect app. The developers need to focus on making the app recognise gestures better. Too often, the app is unresponsive to finger commands or misinterprets gestures as targeting one part of the screen even when you very carefully press on another part of your device's screen. Also, some of the pictures could be clearer as to their meaning. But overall the app is incredibly helpful for learning words and phrases. Thank you for including Icelandic! I'm so grateful!

Fun and easy to use. However, the translations are not always accurate. E.g. the snack "chips and dips" is translated into Castillian Spanish as "las patatas fritas y la salsa". Plural English words are sometimes translated as singular Spanish words, and vice versa. A major shortcoming is that some words and concepts are impossible to represent in a simple line drawing. Finally, the choice of vocabulary is a little odd. Do I really need to know the Spanish words for beef jerky or candy cane?

As an English and Chinese speaker, I've wanted to jump into other Asian languages for a while. Duolingo hasn't been working for me - in Korean especially, it gets real fast teaching the alphabet and presents the consonants in a much more confusing manner than need be. Drops' free version is pretty much the fix. Seems good for basics and vocab. Actually teaches quite a lot in five minutes a day. Would be 5 stars if the animations were faster, right now they look good but they get in the way.

I like the app, but when learning Thai consonants, it has romanization, but no way to hear the word. There are a few symbols that have the same sound, but romanized the same way. When you have to choose between these two characters, you have to guess. Same with the other activities that you have choose between two illustrations. It would be nice to be able to speak the word verbally.

This apps build up is great. The learning system is really amazing. it's similar to the system korean kids take at school. Learning is fun. The visuals of the game are great. But I'm gonna have to give this app a 4 star because of the 5 minutes. I know you have to get a premium to study for more than 5 minutes, but it's really expensive in my opinion, and it really isn't worth it. The app is still great tho and its perfect for beginners

The app is extremely nice and well designed. I like its simple design and essential drawings, they really help the visualization and memorization of words. Unfortunately it seems like they modified (?) the mandatory pause between two sessions from 10 to 24 hours, and in this way you will necessarily end up missing one day of training; also a friend of mine still has the 10-hour format, so I don't get what's wrong with my app. Another plus: we can check previously learned words, that's cool!

I know the app needs money to keep up, but it could allow some prizes to be a premium drop day. Another thing: the basic version should at least allow us to report translation, spelling errors; this is to improve the app, it should be free !!!! They could also facilitate switching between the languages being learned.

some words are wrong for example, it's not a tea egg; it's a tea ball. That's what the word literally means in that language. I used to speak it fluently. It would be a different word if it was a tea egg. Also, some recordings were done in noisy rooms or echo chambers. You cannot understand them at all. I don't recommend paying because this is a teaching app. I should not be correcting it. Recordings should be clearly annunciated with excellent sound quality.

While the method of learning is great, the developers are not. This app will spam your notifications relentlessly. I woke up with 3 notifications of this app alone and they cannot be turned off! But that wasn't enough because they also send you spam via email. The developers have no knowledge of honor or know shame. And while the app is free, to unlock the content you have to pay 160,- euro in app (not a typo). Yeah, that's not going to happen.

It is a good app. I believe it has a basic problem , and i hope they solve it for its future version. It does not have any part for review the previous words. Always it comes with new word and after you finish each section you are never asked by previous words It is very attractive. You will be never tired by using this app.

I just got the paid version after using the free for a couple of days. I also tried Doulingo around the same time. I liked drops better, as listening and speaking plays a bigger part. Every word I learn, I get to hear it from the beginning. For me, that will help me learn faster. Also makes the learning result more useful faster, as I'll be able to speak the important words and understand them sooner. Writing and reading comes later.

Good to learn vocabulary words, but not very useful to construct sentences. Although visually very pleasant, with vocabulary words divided into categories, the different types of games are limited. Nevertheless, the timed sessions prevent you from becoming bored. "Travel Talk" has been added lately and I must say there are many useful sentences in this new section. Therefore, Drops seems to be adding new things and clearly improving with time.

I tried this and Duolingo, and I think I prefer this, although I like both and I might go back to Duolingo since it doesn't have time restrictions with the free version. I find this subscription options here too expensive. I wish it were cheaper to go unlimited. If it were less than a hundred, I would definitely sign up, or maybe if I could pay month to month. Otherwise, I just keep using the free version. But it really is helpful in terms of learning the language. I love the setup.

Great app but with some terrible issues. The UI arbitrarily freezes for a long time and then responds. I am learning Mandarin and when I click the Chinese character for new word the English meaning flashes and vanishes. It's so quick that it's barely hard to catch a glimpse of it.

The learning system is unique and pretty and it supports so many languages! It only teaches vocabulary but the key is that it speaks the word to you dozens of times. Unfortunately it is currently too annoying to use because at the end of a lesson a loud unskippable advertisement will auto play if you decline to buy premium. I don't support annoying users into paying up. I bought and enjoyed premium, but it is not at all worth $80.

This app is really fun to use and makes sense when learning languages. I like how there are pictures to assist in learning the words and the different categories of words instead of a random combination of words. Also, there is a bug that I have noticed, the English translation of the word in the Korean lessons flashes up for a second, but then disappears. Other than that, it is a very well made app!

Overall I like your app and want to rate 5 stars; however, notifications seemingly hourly with the inability to fine tune or turn off in app is a deal breaker. Don't give me that line about turning off notifications in system settings as its a cop out to trick sheeple into allowing them at your chosen interval. I want a daily notification at the prescribed time, which is possible, WITHOUT further nagging demands on my time and attention.

i really enjoy using the app for vocab, but some of the grammatical stuff is a bit off. i'm learning hungarian, and it seems like the developers - for all their fantastic work - don't always grasp some of the linguistic structures. overall it's a great set-up, but could use some tweaking to account for languages' unique features rather than trying to fit them all into the same mold

found the paid version very clunky. It still stops you at 5 mins (if thats what time you have set) and you cant make it just stop at the end of a lesson. After youve done your set time it still comes up with a countdown of 10 hours? Have to click a couple of times to let it give me more time. The symbols are a good tool, but without the english written next to it really you are just associating the words with a picture. I can match everything up by memory without knowing what it all means.

This app is amazing, the learning method is so well thought out and successful. I love it so much. My only request is when learning alphabets, if you could make it possible to teach the user how to right the alphabet. I know this is available for Japanese but I'm asking for it to be available in Hindi specifically.

Use the free app, it’s okay. But definitely not great and isn’t worth premium. There are no advantages. Summary: Highly repetitive. Only 3 main types of exercises, 6 if counted individually. Questionable word lists. Verbs and words are packed together illogically. No Context - you don't build sentences. The verbs are badly taught: First person Singular only in Italian, dictionary form in Japanese (rude if used in Japan to people you don't know) Inconsistent meaning of images between languages. Images sometimes change meaning between languages. Account problems. Sync between devices can cause you to lose your progress. Extra time in premium can make you spend more time in app than you specified. Paid for premium. Not worth the expense. No benefits.

3 stars ONLY because there is no monthly subscription option. Otherwise, this would be a 5 star app. Super engaging, great way to learn a language and expand your active vocabulary. They even have a clever way of teaching articles and conjugation. Give me a monthly subscription and I will happily change my rating. A couple of other things: ignored words don't count towards your know words, why? I gnore words that are already part of my active vocabulary which I don't need to learn.

Liking it so far. Has a lot of clever ideas about language acquisition. 我喜欢。 Update: I've been using the service for just about two months and I'm still enjoying it. I can't say objectively how much it's helping, but I'm going to keep at it. Update: I just crossed the 100 day streak marker. Some things I think could be improved: punctuation at the end of phrases tends to give away the answer. It would be nice to have a full keyboard input sometimes to force a person to remember the Pinyin.

Honestly, I love this app in every way, but I'm really tired of trying to set up notifications for it because I don't get the notifications no matter what I change the time to and lose my streak if I have a busy day and can't get to it immediately. I wish the option to have a notification come up once the five minutes are available was there even after choosing a time.

The app worked well, all until i had used it thirty days in a row, then it would crash whenever i opened it. Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it does the same thing every time. But while it still worked it was the best app i had ever used and i had learnt so much from the app. I could safely say i knew the language i was learning. Please do try and look into the bug.

Great so far, definitely makes it easier to memorize vocabulary (I'm only 50 words into Spanish), my only reccommendation would be to mix up the options on answers. If I'm working on numbers, and it throws a good at me, there are 3 options for numbers and 1 option for food. So it makes things artificially easy at times

fun & very aesthetically pleasing way to grow your vocabulary in a new language. the 5 minute time limit is an easy commitment so it's habit forming. this app is focused on learning words, so I'd suggest adding something else to practice grammar if you're really keen to learn a language, but this app does it's job very well.

I am using Duolingo, Drops and Memrise at the same time. Duolingo is excellent app and its all free, covers the grammar and vocabulary, so its my primary, Drops is the best for vocabulary by far, but its a bit pricey, Memrise is there because it has a bit more practical approach in the terms of using language like you start learning straight away the things that you can use right away, but if you don't pay for it it's pretty much useless and the only one that is bugging out of those three.

Great idea. Really frustrating that I have to link my thai letters to an anglified version of the sound that literally has no way of sounding like the letter. I know Thai quite well and want to improve. Even I can't do that because I don't know what the English phonetic system wants me to press. And please let me get the sound as often as I want. Not once only.

I love it even though I can't afford the paid option, it's what I've been looking searching ages for now. I did dock it one star for the notification showing up early, just to spam ads at me. So I disabled the notifications in Android, and started setting a reminder for the next day after finishing my daily 5 minutes.

Great app. It is a very effective way of improving your vocabulary in a new language. Is there something else for learning grammar? All previous problems reported seem to have been addressed or remedied. For instance daily words being the same day after day appears to have been remedied by using the "Dojo" option

I've been using this awhile now and am becoming increasingly concerned about dangerous errors creeping in. For example in Portuguese, the phrase "i have a peanut allergy" is mistranslated as "i have a dried fruit allergy" and "paracetamol" as "aspirin". These could be the difference between life and death for someone trusting Drops for important phrases. I've reported the peanut one, but received no response from the devrlopers.

Incredible app! Uses visual information in learning words and phrases which instantly become more memorable than pure written text. Have been more consistent with this app compared to many others by just using it 5 minutes a day and more by signing up. The only thing stopping me giving it 5 stars, is that I wish there was a better review system, perhaps a stand alone section on the app that takes you through old material you've learned. Maybe 5 minutes before more learning. Thanks a heap!

The visuals and the overall experience is great, but the choice of words feels completely random. I'm not a professional linguist, but something about learning the word for "Mosquito Net" while the word "Monday" appears to be entirely missing seems ineffective.

very effective gamification of language learning. point scoring in other apps isn't as effective as the mechanics in here. I actually feel compelled to engage in this. Could do with being a bit cheaper, but maybe that will change as I become more immersed in the game of it

Kinda pointless. Unless you want to pay a subscription, you get 5 minutes per day. Even then, all it teaches you is to associate a word with a weird cartoon picture. You can get everything correct even once you've forgotten what a word means, as long as you remember the picture it's associated with.

The devs have put a lot of love and care into this app, and it shows. There is a playful sense of humor too, which endears me further. Before installing this app, I was skeptical, but now I'm a believer of the Drops method. Those images really do work; my memory is jogged by them even when I'm forgetting the word. Thumbs up 👍🏽

Really enjoying it! Currently learning french and have learn 25 words. Fun and easy to use.

The app should not have gotten an editor's choice. It costs $70 per year, outrageous when there are free learning resources available. Quite irresponsible!!!

Not really for me. I find the pictures didn't really convey well what they represent and there's no reminders what the word is in English. So I know the words from memory now but no idea what the word I remeber translates to. Doesn't seem like a good learning tool for me.

Im absolutely in love with this app.......i have tried this after trying 5 different language apps.....i thing this app makes learning fun.....its more like a game than a study session.....and u end up retaining a lot too.....because u hear, write and say it aloud at the same time......and thr is a picture for everything......its fun Thank you for this amazing app💜

Absolutely love this app and its helped me a lot. I'm learning Korean rn, but the biggest block I'm running into is not having a section for verbs. I really wish they could develop a specific list with verbs that way I can really start tying together everything

Super easy to use you learn fast and you just practice 5 minutes everyday! Definately try this 10/10 great app!

I like it better than Duolingo, more relevant stuff (not "a lion lives with my duck") and you can get rid of words you know or don't wish to know rather than days of repeating stuff about girls and apples until you've done it enough to make it stop. But I find the cartoon things really hard. I often know the answer in English, but can't work out which of the bizarre symbols means that thing! Thought that "show English" would gives me actual words to work with, but it doesn't.

The method of quick visual learning and spelling is great, the speaking is very clear and precise. But the poor graphics of the flash cards is a handicap. Example: it becomes difficult to distinguish the images of a train, tram, metro, and bullet train.

This is absolutely great. Love the app design and user interface- quickly got a premium account. EDIT: Unfortunately after working through both the nations and nationalities categories I had to take away a star. I'm learning LatAm Spanish but only learned two countries in the region. I can't imagine needing to know The Netherlands, Norway, and Denmark while ommiting countries like Colombia, Chile, Venezuela, etc. It's like learning French, but never learning how to say France or French.

easy ans friendly. I will like more options like just training on the knowed words. Dojo is not enough. thanks

Very Slow and Sluggish experience of the app as I learn more and more words. Specially the 'Collection' tab has got very slow response on clicking different topics or pronunciation of words in the last update. It takes about 5 secs to open close a single section. Please fix it asap. Change the UX of that section and see if that does something better.

I really love all the different colors, and chalenges! really helps the remembering process 😊 Though it would be nice to have the grammar, and litteral description since just changing one variay can change others in French. like if a wiman or man is speaking. just be nice to be able to connect the dots between words

My friend just told me about this app and I am in LOVE!! I use several apps to learn Korean and Hangul and this by far one of the best. The interface is great, vocab is good for starting out, and the repetition of words combined with growth in learning new words in the same five minutes is fantastic!

Recently, I've been having a lot of problems with the app. It updates itself, yet some things just don't work. Right now, I've received an offer for a discount, but I cannot use it because of a technical problem. Because of all the bugs I won't ever pay for premium, even though I initially wanted to buy the yearly plan. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed.

A wonderful app that makes learning new languages fun! It's well designed and highly intuitive with great visuals! The subscription is worth it. Four stars only because: 1) Learning European Portuguese, I noticed that some words actually are not correctly translated (e.g. "você" and "seu" are presented as informal when shown in my mother tongue which is German while it should be "tu" and "teu") 2) Some pictograms are not distinct and clear enough to understand a term just from the graphics.

The app is a must. It's not a 5-star app due to: 1.-Notifications at 8am not programmable (I hope you can mend it ASAP) and a short daily time of use. 2.- I'd sign the pro version if you adapted the prices which are too high, honestly. Adjust the price to broaden your customers. Thanks

I love it!!! I tried using other apps, aka Duolingo, to learn Korean and they did not work. This app actually teaches each letter as its own concept, not as compound sounds. Very good for complete beginners. I also find that I learn more because I have time limits. I dont drone on and on trying to memorize because I'm learning 5/5

Ease of use is fantastic. I have enjoyed brushing up on vocabulary.

I did my daily 5 minutes. noted that the timer was counting down to my next drops session. Then the app says " have some bonus time" because I have been using the app daily for months now. Didnt use bonus time, thought to myself "i will use it tomorrow". Next day i couldnt access my session as finishing the bonus time restarted the next session counter. Now I have lost my daily bonus time through no fault of my own. seems poorly thought out or programmed.

The app version 31,6x worked excellent with my Meizu m5s. But with the next updates Drops don't open. I have wrote to developer mail with description of the issue and there is no answer. New version 32,xx also doesn't work. Plese fix the app and I'll give you better grade. PS. Like Drops very much.

This is the app for learning a language. I am a techie so this was state of the art user friendly and beautifully designed.

I love this app. Its really quick to kearn and nemorize them. But it is very cool to learn.

Very fun, need some bug fixes on some of the sounds not loading otherwise great app
