Its been almost 4 month i have regiatere my no. For internet banking after recieving user id and pin no. Still i am not able use this service every time i try to log in page shor ERROR and loading..... I am glad that i am not using this for my regular transaction. Now not able to download statement through app

The app is a real head ache, every time we have to add all the details of the beneficiary account. Not having any dropdowns of the added beneficiaries. They will ask the mmid but what is that stuff no detail is mentioned about it. After all the pain user has taken, at the end of it you will get an sms that no account found for this mmid. Developers need to improve alot if they have to compete
