The app crashes in Android 12, support is useless. I'm honestly not even sure why their support is so useless. If you go to the download center on DJI's website, there is a link to download their apps. If you click on the DJI go 4 app on their website it downloads an APK file that works on Android 12. Honestly, I wouldn't have been as pissed off if when I contacted support they had said oh yeah we're working on that. Just go to the website.

I've used this app for years but it has continually crashed ever since Android 12. I'm writing this review after so long to help draw attention to the fact that DJI needs to fix this and get their software working again. I shouldn't have to download an Ad Hoc app from their website and bypass the security features of my phone just to fly this drone. That's unacceptable to me.

Complete trash. Worked ok at first then when it update came around early 2020 it was having issues and said update failed. Connected to PC directly to update. Great. Plugged it back in, update failed. Ok maybe it is the controller. Try to plug that in, isn't recognized by the computer. Go down internet rabbit hole trying to find a solution unsuccessful. With the amount of money they charge and the lack of support send terrible ratings they might as well be running a ponzi scheme.

Very disappointed with DJI. As the other comments are saying, this app is no longer compatible with Android 12. Before you go download DJI's app that is compatible with Android 12 directly from their website, look into the security risks of doing so - and that the DJI apps have already had a history of security problems. DJI has a working app they just make you install it in such a way that it can subvert all the security measures that the play store offers? Sounds a little questionable to me.

App not working at all after updating to Android 12. I am using a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra on Verizon network. This is an ongoing issue with no resolve in sight. There has been no information from DJI, and no response from tech support. The only fix that has been suggested is to borrow a device running Android 11 or earlier. Thanks DJI

Can't use the drone because the app won't open. The app has been through BIGGEST reason that I haven't been able to use my drone. Seems like it always has to update or something is wrong. Now I can't use it around the holidays because the app has a "bug". Thanks, DJI...

I bought a DJI mini and a EVO 1 so I could compare what way to go foreword, there is so many things I liked about DJI that I had made up my mind........ and then out of the blue, my s21 ultra that I have been flying both drones whey for a few months now, it's not compatible with the DJI app. I'm absolutely shocked that this company would allow this to happen, however I guess they made the decision easy for me. Do yourself a favor and Google connectivity issues DJI, before spending $$$

I've been using this app for a couple years now and it was awesome. However, since Android 12 came out, I am unable to fly my drones in the last two months. I'd like to get the updates as soon as possible since it seems ridiculous that such an advance company as Dji is, would now support the latest Android. I'm waiting for an update but other than that I love the app!

Android 12 is not compatible with the app. At. All. I had a real estate shoot and was almost unable to fly my drone to line up photos. I had to eyeball it where my drone's position was, physically stand under it to look at where the camera was, and take a picture with no way to review it. Fix the app!

App worked in early 2020 but now crashes every time I try to open it. I ran through the gauntlet of troubleshooting while on a job and couldn't get it to work and I lost out on those photos and videos. Still can't get it to work days later. For how expensive DJI products are, I expected better.
