pathetic app... it crashes as soon as you start it (android 11). and based on a quick google search, the app will continue to crash intermittently... mandating that you waste your bandwidth and your time just to get an old (unused) gimbal working! also, the app unnecessarily expects way too many permissions. worst part: after paying heavily for their gimbal, dji is shameless enough to show ads in the app!!! time to dump dji.

I'm getting very frustrated with DJI. This app used to work great with my mavic mini, then they suddenly decided to make the app not work with the drone. Now they want you to go on to their website and download something, or I can't even fly the drone that I bought from them. Some questions that have come to mind... Why don't they have an available app on the Google play platform? It makes a person wonder if maybe they don't meet all the necessary requirements to be in the play store.

If you're trying to get the DJI Fly app for your mini on your Android, I figured it out. Go to the dji website, or Google DJI Fly app. Download the APK by don't try to install it there. Then come back to the play store and install APK Installer. There's a few with the same name, so install the one with the brown box and the little Android dude in the icon. That app will install the DJI Fly file you downloaded.!

Very annoying that the Magic Mini is no longer able to connect to this app. Not sure if this is a glitch or intentional, but I never use it now and have uninstalled it.

After updating app: now the app crashes every time I try to launch it. The app starts (it shows a picture of a DJI pocket) and then 3 seconds later it crashes, switching back to my home screen. My Phantom 4 has now become a very expensive paperweight. Any one else experiencing the same problem?

App will not open. My android is the same one I used for it two years ago when it would open! After coming home from a vacation, I tried to use it, and the app would not open!

Mavic Mini.. doesnt work on this app, and now requires a dodgy download from website of DJI Fly which used to be on the play store. Seems very suspicious. Would avoid DJI in future as the hardware is useless without a working, malware free app.

Not verry good I need a update and it is refusing. And my DJI dongle is bugging out it connects then it goes nuts and says device may be unresponsive. Not a good experience at all .I have had this device for about 4 months now the tec support is useless aswell .

80% of attempts to get launched, the app will just freeze! Reinstalled twice, but it's trash. I'm selling it off cheap and buying an autel. The forums are blown up for miles on this nonsense. No dji phantom
