The last update sums up usage every time that you refresh and it keeps it in the memory so the usage from then is wrong, even comparing with past days. The usage of the days when refresh is used is wrong. Also it is less clear on the usage of the appliances with the round and the lines charts, would be good to be able to choose the bar chart.

I love that I can control the heating and see the energy consumption. It does have some bugs though, occasionally telling me my energy consumption is twice to more than 10 times higher than the previous day, 900kw in one day, really! Please keep improving this app and if you have a user feedback forum I'd like to join it please. September 2021: I like the new interface but still reporting ridiculous energy consumption. Can you fix this bug please.

Adding Q Rads is a waste of time. ID clearly displayed on the Radiator control unit screen but the app says not a valid ID. For every radiator i own.

Modern, smart technology but lacking functionality. Would be helpful to have a PC version? Any possibility of being able to disable the "Boost" element, to save the prospect of Peak Rate usage? No facility for commissioning from cold/new installation full charge?

Thought it would be fun to control the heater from my phone. First thing it wants is to create an account or login using my social media. Forget it, why should it need that for a bluetooth connection to a heater.

I AM TRYING TO CONNECT THE HOMEHUB TO THE BLUETOOTH ON MY PHONE AT THE FIRST STAGE OF HUB CONNECTION BUT LIGHT GOES ORANGE INSTEAD OF BLUE. i HAVE SWITCHED OFF AND RESET BOTH HUB AND PHONE BUT NOTHING SO FAR

Dimplex Control App has faults!! There's days when usage is 10 x normal (I see you're working on a fix). I've now discovered that where App is used to turn off QM storage heater in the evening, the midnight setpoint reverts to 7° (instead of usual 21°). This means very little heat input overnight (Economy 7) so no output left by the following evening. Impression of Dimplex QM Storage heaters is very disappointed. Not only APP, but bedroom heater not working first 2 weeks as burnt out component!

Quite buggy, Was locked out the other day due to a system error. The app often miss reports energy usage, on a number of days this month it reports usage over 200kw when my storage heaters can only use 50kw maximum. Also no support for modern smart trarrifs such as octopus adgile. Would be good to see adoption for variable half hourly rates. Further, support for geo fencing to trigger an away mode consever energy. The dimplex controle app is a good start but still years behind others

It is a very useful app if you have smart storage heaters. It could do with some extra features, like working with google nest, and the option to change charging times and additional charge from the app. It would be nice if in the future it would get weather forecast for your area for heat planning and work with electricity providers to charge during low rates on variable tariffs (like Octopus' Agile).
