Constantly crashing when I go to the profile page. Tried to buy tickets from a friend who wanted to send them to me on the app and it was impossible. Even after redownloading again. Impossible to use :(

Tricky to set up and send tickets digitally, as both parties must be set up to send and receive tickets, and that flow is not clear in-app. Otherwise, great. (Dig how the app brightens the phone screen automatically when invoking a QR code/ticket to be scanned at the venue door ~ Little touches like this are lovely)

Dodgy as, had covid symptoms so needed to self Isolate as per gov.uk guidance, contacted DICE to advise and request a refund, got told they'd ask the venue but that I'd be better just giving the tickets to someone else! Havent had any response since Saturday so presume they haven't even asked the venue! 100% won't book anything that uses this app in the future.

Contacts don't populate for sending tickets, no one ever responds to the support messages. Their last response for this review was unhelpful. Latest update does not fix the issue.

Absolute nonsense app, forces me to download their software to access tickets. Newsflash: you're harming artists, by making it harder to access tickets. If I see something that has DICE on it next time, I'll just skip the gig. Terrible, delete yourself.

Like all of these ticket apps this is a completely useless extra step in accessing tickets that could more easily be sent as an email. I'm sure it gives its creators and their investors a good opportunity to skim extra cash off punters through advertising and selling data though...

Worst ever! Do not download app. They ask to sync your contacts if you want to send your ticket to someone. Also, if you buy a ticket for someone else, you can not take a screen shot of the QR code. They prevent your phone from doing so. They also disable other functions on your phone from operating while the app is opened. Like trying to lower the screen brightness. I will not attend future events if tickets have to be bought through Dice.

Makes getting free tickets to local gigs easy. The waiting list isn't any good. Ive been on loads for what seems like forever and not a flicker. Also, it should be able to sync to Amazon music to let me know when bands I like are playing. On the plus side, its easy to use. Would be great if you could navigate through different venues and areas (citys/towns) to find gigs. Has a few holes though, in terms of missing some events, listings and venues.
