Last month it took me 3 days and 14 customer care phone calls to make a single transaction using this trust factor app. This month my whole day is wasted on such a small task. Am not sure how many more days and calls I need to make. So frustrating.

The app can be so frustrating at times. Whenever I borrow money from the mobi loan, after paying back, reconciliation takes forever. For this case, the app becomes unreliable. Correcting the issue takes over three weeks instead of the 24 hours you talk about. And the speed of the app itself is soo low. The developers, need to do the needful, otherwise the app is awful.

I didn't know your system and bank had the most fake services....... someone issues in a complaint and it takes you ages to work on it, by the time we request for money, we actually need it and by the time we choose banking with you we expect you to serve us well...... am so disappointed with your bank......

Thank you for putting in place this functional app. However my experience with trying to send money to other mobile money numbers apart from the one linked to the app has been very frustrating. Could you please adjust the settings to enable us be able to direct mobile money payments to whoever we would like to..otherwise the user experience is compromised relative to your competitors in the banking industry.
