    Used to be a very useful app. However with the introduction of digital token it has become messy. Most of the time token notification stops working especially when you're out of Singapore. Upgrading to 3 stars as someone listened to my comments about back key not working and app not exiting. Setting fx alerts is useless, never worked for me. Solve other issues and the app deserves a 5 star.

    Inputting the date of birth was a horror, imagine pressing 528 times just to go to the required month. Isn't there a faster way like selecting the year from a selector then month? Hell I haven't even gotten past that part and the app timeout for security reason. Correction : After pressing on the non intuitive year, the damn selector for year appeared. Seems like I have big fingers.

    I already have my token but after I go to Manage Digital Token, a new token has been requested so I need to wait for another 3-5 working days just to register my token. Otp for digital token is not received if mobile numbers for internet banking account and bank account is different. I had to register again in ibanking using my registered mobile number when I applied for a new bank account.

    Storage permission should not be mandatory if i don't plan to upload anything via this app. Forcing the user to grant a permission to use the app is against google play store rules. Make this an optional permission and disable uploading of files if the user doesn't grant storage permission. Don't make it completely unusable without storage permission.

    Security issue. After opening the app, i can see my immediate account balance, even without logging in ( attested as the log in button is still there on the bottom left). Uninstalled.

    Why are debit cards not listed in the apps? It's quite inconvenient to have to go online to check debit card transactions.

    It works and has many useful features. However it is laggy and lag is sometimes so bad it leads to accidental touches. Back button doesn't work properly in many areas. Doesn't log out properly most of the time. Built in feedback page doesn't accept any punctuation (numbers and letters only) and then doesn't work when you press "submit" anyway. Digital token is hit and miss - no longer receive notifications.

    Why do you have to keep on changing the look? We have to get used to it all over again and again. The very 1st one was perfect, user friendly. But no, you have to fix something that wasn't broken. We DO NOT not need fanciful layout. Now. I can't log in. It said I got the wrong PIN when I don't. Then it asked me to change my PIN. Then now, it said service unavailable. You're really inconveniencing your users!!!

    Pathetic app! Out of the blue, the code from my token is not being accepted and sms otp option is disabled. Feel stranded as i am stopped from doing transactions. It is the second time that something like this is happening. I think i need to keep another bank app as backup if i use dbs. Will explore more as this is not a good feeling. And to top it off, the call center support was as unhelpful and cold as he could be. Wonder what it takes to train them to such perfection.

    upgraded from 1 to 3 stars because the digital token works *most* of the time. The timeout/logout flow is poor though. normally end up having to re-log out as it seems to get confused if timeout occurs but it doesn't log you out automatically. Also, it may be a ploy by the developers to not receive lots of bad feedback but the feedback screen after you press 'logout' doesn't actually work. it either complains that you have illegal characters in the test (which it doesn't) or the submit button doesn't work.

    Was on Digital Token. It works well before the last update. Now as of last Thursday, there is only the option of physical token and sms. Then the option to switch to sms was greyed off and cannot use this function. Went to the POSB branch and asked for help. Was asked to uninstall/ reinstall the app. Tthe bank staff turned on the option of Digital Token on her end and the app still cant set up the Digital Token. The bank staff said that she will raise this up with their IT dept. Frustrating!

    -Before latest update, I was still able to use fingerprint login. After update, I try to set it up again, but it hangs at "Personalize your device" screen even after clicking OK button :( -Tried the uninstall app, restart and redownload multiple times. I even cleared app cache and storage to be sure. Still didnt work :( Still hangs after clicking Ok button. Still not working after developers advise.

    Used the app without any issues until recently where the app crashes each time I try to open it up. Uninstalled and downloaded the app again, which worked one time and crashed repeatedly right after. Can't even use internet banking online because it keeps prompting me to use digital token to authenticate my transactions. Now I'm pretty much 'locked out' because I can't access many of the internet banking functions without the digital token authentication.

    The design is good but the logout button should be on the home screen and not hiding underneath The app is very slow. Takes 5-10 seconds to respond to each button click. Reinstalled but I gor the older version now, and not the latest one Updated to 1 star Session logout error keeps coming. I have to uninstall and install each time i need to use any transactions. 2ndly, the previous version was much user friendly till u people decide to change to a very not-so-user friendly layout.     Downloaded this app to set up the digital token. It worked the first time and I was asked to wait 3 days for the code to be sent to my mail. Code has arrived 3 days ago and I am still unable to register it, simply because when I hit set up digital token,the prompt screen for the registration code did not show up at all. My physical token is out of battery and I wanted to opt for digital. Already uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times but to no avail. Please advice.

    Since 7 dec upgrade, app kept shutting down every time before i can even login. I had to kept uninstall and reinstall because the app only lets me login on initial login but not subsequent. Terrible that until today the bug is not fixed yet. Sent error report but no one responded. Cant use laptop either as it demand otp from the phone app.

    Have been able to access ibanking using phone app till today, it fails me. I cannot even login to Dbs ibanking without the app shuting me out every 5 second. Reinstall the app n restart my phone too many times to count. Not sure what kind of updates have been preventing the launch of the app. Bad experience with it.

    Recent app update is causing lot of issue for me. In the recent update am not able to make transfer its asking me to setup the digital token as a mandatory. Unfortunately my Singapore mobile number expired. Currently struggling for transferring money.Since I moved to another country its very difficult to activate the digi token. Can somebody help me with this.

    Seriously.... Do something about this. I couldn't even proceed with just a single transfer process. Its already 2020. The app still keeps crashing. Its been the whole month im tolerating it. Logged in and it forces to logged out. Repeated for over 15 times just to do one transaction. Already install and uninstall multiple times. Im using opp reno 10x.

    Digi bank apps keep failing after the digital token has been set up. It conflicts with my physical token. Physical token as advised that it is required for high risk transaction but when using I banking for risk features it straight way prompt for digital token n the digi apps failed to launch error msg being Unfortunately DBS digi bank SG HAS STOPPED. The approve msg did not appear. Therefore physical n digital token cannot be function hand in hand. Please fix this conflicts.

    Very unhelpful app. Refused to install but it kinda forced as DBS said there is a time frame must use apps if I wanna do future online banking n no SMS. Fine. I installed it. First all authentication ok. now can't even authenticate n my SMS is being disabled. Stuck with no transaction can be made. Now they want me authenticate with token which I do not use for many years as I use SMS authentication before app. Contact online chat they say I must now use email to authenticate. Seriously?!?!?

    The app was working fine until Tuesday,it started crashing ever since then and i have to uninstall,instal and re log in every single time just so i can check my bank balance or made a paylah/paynow payment.There is no updates on the app as far as i can see for now and there is notting wrong with my phone as all other apps is working fine.Please try to get this fixed as soon as possible as it is causing major disruption for me personally.

    App has been force closing on me since yesterday. I cannot even do any transaction. Tried to do transfer but i couldnt even authenticate on the digibank app. Tried reinstalling and managed to do one transaction. But today is happening again. Im on Android v6.0.1 using OPPO R9 Update: new update fixed the issue.

    Seriously how many time does your app need to crash? Everytime I want to check something I literally have to login 10 - 15 times because it will crash 14 out of these 15 times. @dbsbank It what you asked twice and it's crashing 4 out of 5 time. It's time I should switch back to desktop.

    I am unable to setup my digital token. I have downloaded the digibank app and I pressed the digital token button in the menu but my phone just lags for a few seconds and nothing happens. The same case when I press the "manage digital token" button on the more section. Other functions of the app works normally except it doesn't let me setup my digital token. I have just registered my digibank account last week and I was told to setup my digital token when I couldn't. Because I rooted my phone?

    The session issue has been unfixed for months for Android. Lately, it always auto logs me out due to session timeout. Do you guys do QA? Re-installed multple times and same issue. No point adding more features when it bricks the basic functionality Basically the app is crippled now on my Galaxy S10+

    Worst app. I tried to apply for a credit card from app almost 10 times. Every time it gave some error, or logged out, or sth else. App is too slow. Funny thing is- it asks feedback everytime we log out, which is so annoying. More annoying and more funny thing is - it won't allow you to submit feedback😂😂

    Crashes every time i open it now, so i cannot do any kind of online banking!!! Dear DBS support, thanks for advising there is an issue. Upgrading Andriod version is not an option and I cannot use digiBank online (I assume you mean DBS internet banking) because it requires the digiBank app to authenticate or generate a OTP!

    Why is it always time-out for security reasons? Not even 5secs it prompted time out while clicking on my choice and when i input again my password and pin still it time out again, the 3rd time it was sucessfull...was a little bit annoyed.

    What is happening? The app keeps shutting down. I called the 1800 number and was informed that there was an issue with android devices. And when i asked if there was a timeline for the fix, operator was not able to answer me. How can you treat customers this way?

    [18/12/19] Much better now. Please work on supporting the new Face Unlock of the new Pixels. [2/8/19] Now when I activate fingerprint logon in the app, the app doesn't remember that setting and keep prompting me to enter my credentials! [30/11/18] For some reason, the recent update seems to have broken all functionalities. I couldn't log in nor can I check the designated account balance on the app home page. It was working fine just a few days ago, before the update.

    After update, this version 9 out of 10 crashes. Only after clearing cache or data the application can run again. But after exit, then need to clear the cache/data again to be able to run again.

    Good overall but suggest one area of improvement. It is very hard to find the scan QR code function. Have to go to "pay and transfer", then look for the icon "scan and pay" at the top. Suggest also place it at "paynow" function. Thanks!

    Setting up my acct for this app is extremely horrible. DOB need to press so many times. Why cant the app simplify on setting the DOB further!!! Furthermore, I first time setting up this account, I was asked to contact your support team for further assistance or set-up later.

    Latest update makes authenticating with biometric almost impossible. The prompt to authenticate biometrically is less than a second before it shows the standard username and password login.

    Bad experience, worst IT in banking, have to manually reset up digital token by uninstalling and reinstall, not secure at all. Didn't face this problem on other banks or even virtual bank.

    App keep crashing. Even worse after redownloading. App worked super slow in the beginning before crashing again. PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME THAT I NEED TO UPGRADE MY ANDROID BECAUSE THAT IS NOT AN OPTION.

    Doesn't work with Face Unlock UPD: No, install/uninstall will not help. Face Unlock is not supported by DBS app (which is Android 10 feature), only Fingerprint, Face Unlock requires new Biometric API support by the app

    I like the new UI and features - thank you! Just wondering why the app skin is the blue/orange POSB one, instead of the red/black DBS theme, when I downloaded the DBS digibank app. Both my accounts are with DBS too. Is this specifically an Android issue?

    The digital token button doesn't work, and sometimes neither does the OTP sent via SMS. Have also redownloaded a few times but to no avail.

    There is no face unlock feature for Google Pixel 4 and 4xl users. We have to login using the pin and that is not a good feeling. Waiting for an update with support for smart login.

    After the first login and logout, the login page will change to POSB login. I have to reinstall the App to use DBS login. Then once I logout, it will change to POSB login again. Then I have to reset all the settings. 🤦‍♀️
