The app is more and more laggy over time. Latest update makes it hung on black screen and often unable to log in. Many other reviews clearly report the same issue, yet the standard answer is to check that we are on last version, which we are and is the one that's causing issue... Please escalate to the app development team! The problem exists for months already and is just getting worse with every update... This is not an issue with the user's phones, it's a problem with the app software...

App is too bloated, filled with features that most users don't need or upselling products that most users don't want. The app is slow and unresponsive, and is unable to perform the fundamental tasks of doing mobile banking. The Product Managers need to get their act together and prioritize what's most important for the user experience.

After the most recent update and for the past 2 days, the app is terribly laggy. I kept getting a prolonged black screen. I had to pick the option to wait to close the app, else I can't access it at all. Other times, after signing in, I'll get another black screen and thereafter a timed out message! All happening when I was trying to make some online purchases! So exasperating!

Only forced to download app because bank did not have procedure in place to complete transaction completely through ibank and SMS/email OTPs. DBS has permanently lost my trust on their app since the previous version where it only crashes upon opening and does absolutely nothing else, and yet wasn't fixed for months. No way I am going back to using your app without being forced to.

Is there an issue with the mobile apps? I had difficulty for the past 1 week. Whenever i log in, the apps will just hang and auto close. I have to tried a few times before i can use. But there will be times when i can use, it will still hang halfway through doing a transfer.

Really bad app. Firstly they have separate apps for Paylah why noone knows. Then within this app its impossible to find something actually useful like your bank or card statements without lots of searching. What is very prominently displayed is useless information pushing their products and some very strange insights that led me to panic till I checked and confirmed everything was OK except how they pull the "insights". Desperate revamp needed to have actual customer functions easily available

Same issues....not easy to follow and doesn't work 😭 properly Language clarity isses. Cannot find common tasks easily. No place to record frequently use transaction. Not an intuitive UI. too much push marketing. Digibot is useless. Paynow, paylah, transfer money, ....too confusing and frustrating to navigate.

After i logout and tried login a few seconds or a minute later was unable to so. A small window pop up and a message says " This service isn't available right now. Please try again later". I've have tried to login 2 hours later, but still the same message appear. Please rectify the issues. Very inconvenient for all users.

the latest update has missing words and I can't make any transfers because there are no text on that page and no selection is possible! :( previous versions were great! *update - I deleted and re-installed. it works like before now but so irritating to have to do that! }:(

Hi. Since the last android update, the "share" function for payment receipts is not working well. And slower too overall. The payment receipt when shared as a PNG file - the payment amount cannot be seen clearly. It is snipped off midway down for some reason. Please look into that.
