    PT. DBS Bank Indonesia Thank you for your quick reply. I have now figured out how to reinstall the app. And the updated app is working again. The design / app install procedure for this application is the least user friendly app I have ever come across, and with other banking apps not requiring the same process to achieve the same level of security for the user. I am now wondering why the developer does not list the instructions of (a) Where the app is located (b) How to install this app on the mobile platform of Google Play Store? This would make the whole process a lot easier for your customers to understand / work through. A part of good app design is how user friendly it is, and this aspect of the overall app design is not user friendly due to a total lack of an explanation of where to find the app when it is missing in the search on the mobile platform of Google Play Store. And as the install process is unlike any other app, a guide of the different steps required to install this app compared to a regular app install

    Disappointing that an international bank only offers this app in Indonesian language. Login screens regularly freeze up. Slow loading. Seems more effort is put on pushing promotions than giving a smooth e-banking experience. Getting worse now, can't open anymore and see notifications appear that I no longer can view as the app won't open.

    So far I'm very satisfied with the apps. Biometric verification at the booth took less than 5 minutes. Got Shopee promotion code after few days. And lots of promotion offered from the apps itself. Used the service to save and deposite some funds. The minus from the bank probably, my debit card still not arrive after almost 2 weeks after biometric verification.

    Wanted to open an account but entered the wrong detail and they have no *back* button, tried to clear data/cache and when I try again, my application is in processing stage somehow. How do you even manage to not even have a back button?

    Really bad app for international bank. Almost like no budget to develop the app itself and instead all the budget is for marketing only. Tried to top-up my e-wallet but it always failed and my fund being held for 2 days with no explanation instead of automatically return the money. Better use the other banking app such as Jenius. Better interface and performance compared to this app

    Never have an experience to have KTA before, an thought that I will have it from DBS and installed this application to apply such credit. After get a message that my application has been approved, one week after all i got was only information that the status is 'in process'. No satisfied explanation provided. So i think, the KTA offer could be only one of marketing tools to reach more user of the application. Do not waste your time for such offer. And yet, this aplication is so heavy and slow.

    Installed this after being dragged to their booth. Apparently after registering digibank thought I'm using a new device upon logging in. Entered code sent to my number and email, and it's stuck at verifying. Reinstalling doesn't work. I guess I'll throw the card I got yesterday as it has zero use now.

    Overall ok, big improvement from previous version, change to 4 star (before is 3). EDIT: now the app is useless. Cannot do transfer at all, even at noon. Come on, maintenance is at night, not work hours

    The international rate sucks. Totally ripped off. I payed using credit card and get paying rate idr usd 14.900. But when i payed using usd for the credit card bill. Their rate is 14.084. What a rip off. And it is not small amount. For just the conversion i lost 500usd.

    error when trying to login at some point, need to uninstall and install it again. the positive it can reload emoney and update it at the same time. Per now, jan 18 2020. I cannot open the application, updated, install and reinstall, still no changed. I think I'm gonna close this account. You are claim a digital service bank, but the app is worst than non digital.

    The apps always hang. Difficult to access my account and the available help is only in Bahasa Indonesia. So if u cannot speak in Bahasa well, there is little to no help at all.

    The app is way too unstable,sometimes there's a moment where you're simply unable to login unless you reinstall the app.Sounds simple but when i reinstalled and login,it requires me to wait for 24h to do a transaction.

    Overall the app should be a lot of help and ease. Reality: this app is so unstable! As a user I really feel uncomfortable. 1st needs a lot of patience to open the app, it says no connection/wrong password to a stable wifi almost all the time! 2nd you have to type every numbers and ends with "done" button in keyboard, you can't just tap back button. 3rd also back button never works in this app, even for closing the app..but well the third is pretty minor. I'm so frustrated about the first one!!!!

    I'm interested in this app coz someone online mentions this is good. Immediately installed, but then part of the required data to register asked me to fill in so much details of my workplace. That is kinda fishy. I mean they can actually sell my data to potential investors without my consent. I understand such requirement if I'm actually applying for loan and stuff, but to create a banking account? Well, doesn't matter. I'd stick to my current digital bank.
