I haven't found it helpful. They don't promote it as a vpn, and the vpn I use takes care of these concerns. So, really poor marketing, I think, because aol hasn't shown me how necessary this is. I needed the space, so I uninstalled it.

I spent an hour on the phone with technical support at AOL and the tech could not get this app going. I'm supposed to get called back from a supervisor but they said that would take over an hour. Ridiculous app. Spent an hour on the phone and the tech absolutely did not know what she was doing at all! Aol's customer service is the worst customer service I've ever tried to get an answer from. Text support extremely incompetent!

After update it asks for am activation code to log in, but one isn't provided. Useless if you can't open it.

Why do u need my phone call info? Invasion of privacy rights of people on other end of calls that haven't granted their permission! How do calls apply to this app? Too much data mining info permissions! Think twice about info you are giving away, folks!

Even if only half of it works or you only need half of the package, it pays for itself by including the LifeLock Identify Theft Protection! For $11.99/month you would pay more for an ID Theft Protection Plan ALONE! So, you are getting one of the PREMIERE ID Theft Plans plus some other great benes on top of it! You can NOT knock free $750 Computer Free Money to fix your computer no matter how old it is and what is wrong with the thing. I called and grilled them. It is definitely worth it to me.

Its OK but my mobile security does the same thing now and this keeps saying an error has happened and is stopping program.how do I deactivate it I've gone to the aol site and my phones device admin and deactivated it but something is not working because its not letting me uninstall it.

On desktop or labtop or notebook this product works great but on mobile I'm having trouble opening the App after installation and registering the App.now the App will not open.after some time the problems with the app was with my phone.cause it works great on this phone and I have had no issues with its productivity and workmanship.it's doing a great job at this time.
