Still needs a lot of work. Also the app frequently kicks me out says that I have tried to log in many times with failed log in attempts and then requires me to wait for 30 minutes before I can log back in. When I only logged in once. Also customer service doesn't exist. I try to take my money out right away and leave as little as possible in the account.

I would give a 5-star rating if it would stop locking my card every five minutes for trying to play an app that requires money to purchase or locking it if I enter the wrong pin number the first time I enter it

Use to work fine. Recently an error occurred and my card is unusable, even though I have money in the account. Just today The app will occasionally show information on my account and occasionally will have it disappear. And logs out. I've been told it will be 24 hours to resolve the problem. That is all my money, I have nothing else, and am currently stranded on the opposite side of NYC from my home. Unacceptable, the app and banking was great for months. Unredeemable.

I have a tough time giving any application a 5 star review, as I love for there ALWAYS to be some room for improvement... But, I honestly DO NOT have anything I'll to say about this application. 110% satisfied with it and have yet to take advantage of all that it has to offer. Much appreciated for all involved in it's updates and of course it's birth as well.

Decent app, on those rare occasions when it actually decides to work. 90% of the time it shows no ATMs in a 300 mile radius then suddenly hundreds appear. Charges were deducted off my fiance's Dasher Direct card. Trying to get a hold of someone was ridiculous. The number they have listed is for Door Dash who then transfers you to a line where nobody ever answers. No way to chat for assistance. When the app works, it's pretty good. Shows ATM's that allow you to access your funds free of charge.

It can be frustrating not being able to access money initially while waiting on physical card. The online card really means online only not able to use with NFC or any type of in-store purchase via using phone. It is a prepaid card so you cannot make any subscriptions with this type of card which is a bummer. The perks, you get instant payout after every dash ends no fees but you must have physical card first. The cash back on gas is a MUST and greatly appreciated. Overall, it is what it is.

It's been more than 7 days and dasherdirect has still not released an authorization hold that I'm suppose to be refunded. The number in the app is to doordash customer service not dasherdirect. They transfer you over and nobody ever answers the phone. I have been trying to get in contact with some at dasherdirect for 3 days now. Don't use this card it's not worth the headache!

Great app when you have the physical card.The virtual card didn't work at all. They say you can use it in so many places but nobody is set up to use an imaginary card. I couldn't even use it online cause I had none of card numbers. I didn't have the numbers because I could never gain access to the card. The app sent verification texts that I never received. I have a new phone. Nothing is blocked on it,but I never received these texts. I could transfer money to my bank, but it took 2 full days.

I thoroughly enjoy being able to access my funds the day after I earn them. I knocked one star because when I signed up, it said there was 2-day shipping for my physical card, but once I signed in on the app, it said 4-5 business day shipping. It's been over a week and I've still yet to receive my physical card.

What a pain. There's a whole section regarding declined transactions because I'm sure they get plenty of calls dealing with that. If you love having your transactions declined, this bank is for you! Also the bank doesn't do Apple pay, samsung pay, or any of those transactions. If you want your bank to work like you're back in 1990, this is the bank for you.
