I have been waiting for almost a month for the developers to update the app for Android and it STILL does not work on Android devices. It freezes and requires a restart. Repeatedly. Making the monitor worthless. This has been extremely frustrating and annoying. I do like the monitor when our works but that has been quite sometime.

Very disappointed in cubo ai. Bought it with high hopes. Bird is cute and the camera and sound is actually great.... When it works. Setup is not easy, constantly dropping wifi even though literally every other device in the house works. Ive run internet speed connection tests dozens of times and gotten either fast or very fast results and this still has issues staying connected. My wife didnt like this and I kept pulling for it, but after 2 years of struggle im done.

camera doesn't work anymore. won't turn on.. lasted almost a year. garbage!! unhelpful customer service .never fixed my issues with the app and camera . DONT BUY THIS ! CUBO IS GARBAGE .POOR CONNECTION. DAILY UNINSTALLING AND REINSTALLING OF APP. I COULD BURN DOWN THIS COMPANY IM SO MAD AT THEM. NO CUBO NO MORE CHANCES FOR YOU I GAVE YOU A YEAR TO FIX THINGS

We were so hopeful for this system but unfortunately it lacks in the most basic areas of what is needed for a baby monitor. For instance, the camera cannot rewind to play the last couple of minutes. If something happens in the crib and you need to see it quickly you have to rewind at least 5 minutes and then wait to see what happened. The playback also freezes all the time and not give any warning. So you think you are watching your baby sleep but you haven't been for some time.

Baby monitor app that just stops connecting to the camera while monitoring the baby? That's a fail. I have connectivity to the internet, so there is no excuse for dropping a camera on the same net. Fix your android app or whatever you have to, but this was WAY to expensive to have spotty performance. Not satisfied in the least. The background audio for the app has been inconsistent as well. Get it together Cubo. Premium prices come with premium expectations and you are not measuring up.

This app hardly works. It often take up to a minute to load from a black screen which is not ideal after getting a notification that baby is crying. Same thing on the IOS version my wife has. Video is often laggy and sometimes it even disconnectd from the monitor so I can't actually monitor the baby at all. When things works it very convenient though. But please fix this interface.

Cubo Ai has some great features and an excellent camera. However, as many, many others have noted, the system is plagued with connectivity issues. It is true that individual wifi networks can be quirky—if you read the responses from Support that's where they lay the blame—but it's clearly hardware/app problems on their end. Several times after they've updated the app something stops functioning. Currently it's the audio, which is now not working at all. Cubo Ai: great idea, poor execution.

I haven't had one issue with this app. Along with the hardware, CuboAI is the perfect baby camera for our family. I can always check on my son whenever I need to. The app gives me notifications every time his face is covered or when he rolls over. I also get notified when he cries. The app and camera are continually updated, even though I have never noticed a bug. They had their Andoid 12 update out the day after Android 12 was available.

Still not working in Android 12. They responded to my previous review telling me to contact through the app. Not helpful when the app only opens for 2 second EDIT: finally got it working. Upset it took my daughter being 4 months old to be able to use the app on my phone, but happy with the performance now.

Does not work with Android 12 beta - engineers are aware of issue and working on solution (nearly 3 weeks now) so stay away from the beta until it's fixed. Update: it is now working with the final release of Android 12
