    So, a new update ? Sounds great but may I know the reason there are no longer temperature and humidity available ? Yes the monitor does stream the video and has night vision, but so does a €30 chinese camera as well. One of the key aspects of your monitor was to keep track of the temperature in the room as well, we live in a top floor flat and sometimes it get quite hot while the little one sleeps, now , these sensors for which we paid hundreds are rendered useless.

    Used to be good. Recent upgrade however has made it far worse. Can't log in a second device as it gives conflicting messages. The video stream is now small in size. The notification sensitivity has gone from a range of choices to just high or low. Temperature has gone. What is going on? Can we go back to the old app please?

    Spend the extra money and get a better product. App is terrible. Feed is horrible on Wifi and on cellular network. Not to mention there is a constant clicking sound that plays through the audio. I live in a 1100 sq. ft. home and am 20 steps away from the crib. This app/product should be working just fine, yet it doesn't. And God forbid two of us should happen to be logged on, then the whole thing crashes. Yes I have run updates on the app, my router and our phones. It's not the phones/router

    This monitor and app used to be great. Since the latest app and monitor software update we can't connect the app to the camera. So basically dead now! It appears the camera won't update it's software. So then won't scan the code for adding cameras. Rubbish support from Philips so far......just fix it by rolling back the software please.....too expensive to just throw away.....

    The last update brings an awful performance. Everytime you navigate inside the app and return to video it takes ages to give you image. It is not possible to control the volume of the music (or it is hidden), it confuses music playing with crying baby, too many pop-ups, not showing humidity and temperature levels anymore (or it is so intuitive I cannot find it!). APP looks more modern but is less functional. Please bring back the old one.

    This is a terrible app, constantly disconnects from my WiFi. Don't waste your money. It hasn't been updated since December of 2018. Edit 11/2019 Redownloaded and now havibg the firmware fixed,it works a whole lot better! Thank you Philips for working on your app!

    The new update has now removed the ability to monitor temperature and humidity completely. This baby monitor has always been a bit clunky, but this really makes me rethink my purchase. I would really like to use the environment sensors that I paid for!

    So much spam for a baby feeding tracker. I shouldn't need no damn verification code, why do you need my phone number to track when my baby eats? Who are you selling that to?? Pass!!! Don't waste your time!!

    Temperature and humidity missing in the new version. Connecting via phone numbers not email address. If you have more devices you need more numbers... Can't take Pictures. Otherwise it's a good device.

    Since update monitor is not running on background and I have to have app always open. I had to I claim the product after 18 months of usage and successfuly returned the full amount.

    Haven't been able to connect to the app for a few weeks. I see they discontinued the monitor. I can no longer monitor my child but can still use the music and light on the monitor itself. I loved this monitor and am very angry I have to replace it for another equal or better quality for another $200. I was a huge believer in Philips but now I am unsure.

    Another very dissatisfied user. Several Android and iOS devices all exceeding minimum requirements cannot connect to camera after it is connected to WiFi (tried two networks, both meeting the requirements). Philips got a team of worst engineers available, gave them alcoholic drinks and left them on a boat to design this. It has very bad reviews everywhere. Too bad since other Philips products are very good. The latest update did not solve the issue after coming late anyway.

    Just want to help everyone out there. as it was a frustrating couple of weeks! The Camera works on Apple OS for now. So if your partner has an iOS device, proceed with a new connection/installation through that device, and then add your android device from that account. Only way it works on Android so far.... Keeping my 1/5 star rating since this is unacceptable from a Company like Philips + given the fact the cost of the baby monitor you should never have this downtime.

    4 days the app does not login, latest version of app and iOS, different accounts, different devices, no help at all, a 250 euro camera with no support. Messages in Facebook and forums and not even one reply. We can't be doing other stuff and check on our baby. Please fix this and I'll consider my opinion. Please please...

    Disgraceful app. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app so I can keep connected. Keeps loosing connection and always at the time I need it to be on and my baby is crying. Constantly tells me my baby is crying even when she is fast asleep. Unable to troubleshoot when I need too. Will never recommend this

    App crashed, so I deleted it and did a reinstall. Now I can't even reset the password or make an account..... 2 days ago the app decided to stop working. It seems Philips pulled the plug?!?! Before that, the device was a champion in disconnecting! Waste of money, lesson learned!

    It bothered me with constant notifications first but when my baby cried, I got no notification. It always froze up, locked me out several time, than I gave up.

    As written by many other uses here, the app simply stopped working, reset password does not work and it seems to be impossible to get help. Very frustrating. Expensive camera and once this app is not working it's useless.

    I had a very bad experience with this app, the camera and Bimbostore the reseller. The image was ok but useless if any 3 min I had to reconnect the app to the camera. I tried the camera for a week and a half but was not possible to keep it. When I tried to return the camera Bimbostore was not willing to refund it, therefore I was obliged to buy products I was not needing. I'm very disappointed by the interaction with Bimbostore and Philips!

    Unstable. Loses connection at random. Has stopped working entirely (cannot login, change password or create new account) since two days ago. Unacceptable for a product that you're supposed to be able to use to monitor your baby.

    It's not about the app but about the device. DO NOT BUY THIS!! The system crashes all the time. For a month we had no way to supervise the baby and they did nothing. Unacceptable for such an expensive device. If you already bought i suggest you return it

    Very poor, unreliable. Device loses WiFi configuration. App crashes and invite code then becomes invalid. Most disappointing implementation of what could/should be a good device.

    After the update the conection is good, but the app can not exit. Only from app manager with "force stop" and the sensors (humidity and temperature) are missing.

    BAD BAD produkt! NUL Stjerner er desværre ikke en mulighed. Har du lige købt enheden så skynd dig at levere den tilbage. Har kun haft bøvl med vores, mister hurtigt billedet, kan ikke få kontakt til enheden og skal reinstalleres igen og igen.

    Useless. Crashes constantly and struggles to connect even though i have full wifi signal. Regularly loses connection without warning which is rather pointless as it is supposed to be monitoring my baby.

    App randomly stopped allowing me to log in. I called customer service and they told me that they are no longer supporting my device and that I could no longer log into the app from here on out. Terrible decision by Philips to leave their customers high and dry like that.

    Not a terrible item. You have to have patience, that's the gist of it. Once you get it set up, it works fine. The picture is slow transition from camera to phone app but a lot of useful options.

    Od 28.10. nefunkční. Je 7.11. Žádná omluva ani info na registrační email. Že je problém na straně Philipsu jsem se dočetl po dlouhém hledání na webu... ale až po tom, co jsem zaplatil zbytečně servis internetu a projel se s tím krámem do obchodu. Na servisní lince nic nevědí. Celkem drahé těžítko. Praštím s tím po hlavě prvního prodejce co mi ještě nabídne něco od Philipsu 😠

    The idea is good and the hardware seems fine but the app is unusable: connection problems, often not responsive, sometimes lullabies stops on the camera and start playing on the phone at high volume waking up the little one. Got rid of app and camera.

    After reading all the negative reviews it would be unfair for me to keep quiet... For me (on Android) and my wife (on iPhone) everything has worked as advertised. I have not seen any annoying or recurring problems with the product.

    I haven't used a worse product in the last 5 years, and this includes chinese electronics. It disconnects, doesn't want to reconnect, and then flashes "baby is crying" WHILE DISCONNECTED. App gets stuck at login, can't find the camera, camera needs to be reset all the damn time. And to be clear, the wireless router is literally 2 meters from the camera, so there can't be any signal problem. Terrible, terrible product, and Philips should be ashamed to have released it like this.

    I hate this thing! Doesn't stay connected! Turns off on its own with no warning, and can't connect to WiFi on occasions. My baby needs to be monitored ALL the time not just sometimes. I've had it for a week and during this time it has failed me 4/7 nights. I'm returning it!

    Wish id just bought a standard camera system. Keeps disconnecting from the wifi for no reason. Even with it sitting next to the router i only get3bars of signal on it. Ive had to reinstall the camera half a dozen times on the app due to factory resets. The app isnt particularly user friendly either. And there is no consistency between the camera app and the ugrow tracker app. I can have more than 1 user on the camera, but only 1 user on the tracking app. Even when the camera is registered and linked

    Far too intermittent for a baby monitor, we need to be able to see what's going on at all times not when it feels like working... Would Definitely NOT recommend this product!

    As a Cisco network engineer it took me about 20(!) minutes to link the damn thing to our home radio. Both app and device are of a poor quality and were produced with a left foot toe. A clear example of a known brand went down to a low-quality consumer segment.

    I do not think a worst app can be created. Gets offline then you need to restart the phone to reconnect plus the menu and settngs are hard to reach.

    Useless! Should've read the reviews before spending a small fortune to buy this baby monitor that doesn't do what it should 95% of the time! What I find appalling is that Philips has done nothing to improve the app over time - save yourself both money and your nerves and stay away from this app!!

    Works good when router is set to single chanel (we use no.6). Connected for a week with no need to restart phone or camera, than died..
