If you don’t already have access, register online at https://www.cua.com.au/ob-register. Alternatively, please call us on 133 282 or drop into your local branch. If you’re already registered for CUA Online Banking, simply download the CUA Mobile Banking app and you’re ready to go. The first time you log in you’ll need your existing member number and Web Access Code (WAC). You’ll then be able to save your member number securely on your mobile device so that the next time you log in you’ll only need to enter your WAC or use your fingerprint/face on supported devices. Please note; BETA operating system software is not supported by CUA, please refer to our General Information, Terms and Conditions. Security CUA Mobile Banking provides the same high level of protection as our online banking service. To stay secure, we recommend that you: - Keep your WAC and member number secret - Always log out once you’ve finished your banking Remember CUA will never send you emails, SMS messages, or call you to ask for personal information such as your member number or WAC. Downgraded to 3 stars as I just realised that you can't create new accounts from the app. Original review: Love the new app design, it was looking a bit old previously. I wish that you'd make the payments via PayID a bit easier. Rather than having to create a new payee, it'd be great if I could just select the contact from my phone contacts and pay. Fast an easy. Anyway, good work on the update! Keep that up.

Absolute garbage. Sometimes I have to open, close then re-open the app just to get it working. Other times it just logs me out with no explanation. I wouldn't rely on this too heavily, CUA clearly has a few bugs to fix.

Useless app. Always updating and won't let you use it without updating. Can't access statements or seach for anything older than 6 months. What's the point in having an app when you have to log in using a browser to do more than just make a simple payment

This app has the very basics that make it usable however I've had to deal with text randomly changing to uppercase, lowercase and characters completely disappearing as I type. It's infuriating. Please please fix it or I will honestly leave the bank over it.

Constantly requires update before use. Most of the time it takes several attempts before it updates. Pain in the ass app. Greater bank app makes CUA app look amateurish.
