It's been over a year since I first started using the app, and I've contacted them to get some items listed, but I still have to make manual requests because they don't appear. Checkout is also misleading, as the tip amount is not included in the amount due. It's similar to Uber Eats, in that you never see the real total until after you place the order.

Used to be a really good app, but lately the quality has been falling off a cliff. Not to mention the prices on the app are way higher than the prices in the actual stores, totally not worth it. How come the shoppers correct the prices when they're higher, but not when they're lower? Disappointed. Not renewing my subscription.

First time trying to use the app and they blocked my account with no explanation provided, furthermore the support Chat is just a bot that ended the conversation in rudest way possible. Seemed like a great idea, but wasted 2 hours trying to place an order for grocery delivery (only to see an a generic message that I can not place the order) and with the Chat support, trying to find a live person was fruitless. Complete waste of time. You won't know if you can order until it's time to pay.

I tried to use cornershop and they cancelled my order within 1 min! of placing it. I could wait 10 days for the money back so that I can place the same order. Why don't you put a credit on the account instead doing this to me? I can't wait that long for food and now you have what little money i had in the first place. Unfair practice and super shady. Customer service was unable to do anything. I feel ripped off honestly and there was no offer of compensation for the stupidness

It's unfortunate when you constantly have problems on this app but have no choice but to use it - most have no choice but to use it, that's why it's being used and was created during the pandemic. I either get what I didn't ask for, not what I ordered or the store is closed but they scheduled everything 3 hours prior. Buyer beware and expect delays with this service period.

Garbage, the first two orders everything was fine. I paid i got refunded then they charged me for the correct amount. Twice in a roll it was easy to understand, but this time. I was charged twice for the same order. The agent told me I had to wait 3 to 10 business days for a refund. When I told him how it was before & provided screenshot so he could see. All he said was maybe there was an update. I told him I wanted to make a complaint & he just went away. Horrible service save ur money. Trash

I only ordered my groceries from here 2 times and both times I was inconvenienced on my orders because I got stuff I didn'task for not to mention they do NOT honor sales from the stores. Like my cheese was on sale that I ordered specifically and I was charged full price rather than the sale price. They do not honor sale prices. I am not going to use this app or service again.

As a former personal shopper at a grocery store who is now disabled and unable to easily shop for myseld, it's hard to believe random people who apply would be allowed to pick people's groceries, clearly without proper training in handling another person's groceries. Multiple times I have received damaged and/or expired products and not been alerted of the arrival of my groceries. Only good thing is that at least customer service is better for cornershop than uber eats.

Excellent application and customer service. Works great most of the time. Highly recommend cornershop. Ive had problems on occasion with some products but they always resolve issues to my satisfaction. The only improvement is to provide full details of the product front and back. Customer fo lyfe!
