Although it's not possible to turn back the clock or remove the fact of a loss, you may find some of these ideas are useful for helping with your grief.

    Do not buy the upgrade for the app. You are spending the money only to basically get a definition of what CBT is, you can Google this and save yourself a few dollars. The app has decent information just saying that the upgrade is a rip off.

    A lot of info, some of it I don't agree with. I wish there was a more hands-on side to the techniques suggested. Also, there is no mention of ACT (3rd wave CBT) at all...
