First, the fact that premium is free during the pandemic is amazing. Thank you! That's what drove me to this app, over other meditation apps. Now, as I've been using it more, wow! So many features! Meditation is such a small part of this. Trackers, journaling, guided meditation, mental health assessment, emergency links if you're not feeling ok, the list goes on!

  2. Stacy Young-avatar

    Stacy Young

This app has been a wonderful companion to me during the quarantine. it's easy to get lost in the days, and it's easy to get lost in technology. I appreciate that this app gives me a reason to pause and be reflective. Reading the messages in completing the short activities has helped to lift my mood, and unlike other apps thatare designed to do something similar, I actually look forward to the salon and don't see it as a chore or something that's interrupting another part of my today. Thank you!

  3. Alex Hughes-avatar

    Alex Hughes

This is a brilliant and high quality app, and more comprehensive than any other wellbeing app I've come across. It offers an impressive range of exercises, learning and means of support which all feel well researched and professionally designed. You can go as in-depth as you want. And no hassling ads! I love the meditations which cover a variety of issues like work/study stress, 'morning dread' and defusing anger, as well as building resilience and self confidence. Absolutely recommend 👍

  4. Asma Akhter-avatar

    Asma Akhter

I use this app sort of irregularly. I know it would help more if I used it daily, but let me tell you that when I do use it, it's extremely helpful. I always end up putting more time and effort into it then I think, but it definitely pays off! I love all the different aspects of the app, and how easy it is to use. The colours, sounds, & voices we hear are very soothing as well. Downloading this all has probably been one of my best decisions ever!

  5. Jessie Slipchinsky-avatar

    Jessie Slipchinsky

I love this app, however after a certain point in the guided therapies the recordings turn into dialogues between two people, and reference a program called "Pacifica." I have no problem with recordings being recycled for a new app, however I hate these dialogues. The "person being helped" is not universally relatable, and is not an appropriate stand in for anyone using this app, and as the "person helping" directs this specific individual it is incredibly disengaging and frustrating.

  6. Hannah Miller-avatar

    Hannah Miller

Great for hearing impaired. All meditations have a text version as well as audio. Haven't been able to find this anywhere else. SUCH a wonderful addition to make meditation more accessible. Thank You. I found the Emergency Emotional Toolkit idea to be incredibly useful and helpful. Helped me finally identify how I get myself into a bad place and tools for how to recover.

  7. Audrey Nichols-avatar

    Audrey Nichols

Just started using Sanvello, but I already feel more mindful and relaxed. It has helped me set goals for achieving better emotional health, and I'm excited to see if the tools I'm learning are effective in my daily life. The only reason its 4 stars instead of 5 is because I don't find the apps primary layout very intuitive, though that's just my opinion.

  8. Isabella Small-avatar

    Isabella Small

This app makes me feel so safe and secure. I love how I can write down my thoughts and how there's so many features. I can meditate, there's relaxing music, there's groups you can use to talk to others that are going through the same thing as you, you can post motivational quotes or other stuff, and you have inspirational stuff when you first open the app.

  9. Angela Hegar-avatar

    Angela Hegar

I have used this app a few times and I love it. It is a great tool to use to center yourself and and work towards better mental health. I cant stop telling people about it. Definitely a top app. I also have a lot of respect for the company unlocking everything during this pandemic and making it a available. It says a lot about what they feel is important.

  10. Shane Corder-avatar

    Shane Corder

The Bach "recording" isn't good. Anyone who plays an instrument will realize that it's reproduced on a computer or keyboard. This made me have to switch to multiple different soundscapes. Get a real cellist's recording. I eventually just went to YouTube to listen to Cello suite #1. Otherwise I'm happy so far.

  11. Caro Vera Wilcke-avatar

    Caro Vera Wilcke

It helped me through rough times and I've been using it again after a couple years during quarantine. I really appreciate that premium access has been granted to all accounts during this hard time, it shows that the Sanvello team truly cares about their users.

  12. Lana Ahmed-avatar

    Lana Ahmed

Seen me through my worst to my best. Personalised journey from the start, tracking your progress and making your achievements clear. Made free during the pandemic allowed me to see the other features of the app. If you choose to buy. Definitely worth every penny.

  13. Kailyn Kendall-avatar

    Kailyn Kendall

I love this app. It helps so much with my depression and anxiety. I love that I can journal in it and it keeps track of my moods at certain times of the day and it keeps track of my habits such as my diet and other things. It has helped me both mental and physically.

  14. Elinor Schillo-avatar

    Elinor Schillo

This app is amazing. It's made a huge difference in helping me to organize realistic daily goals as well as to ID negative thought patterns and even false/self defeating beliefs I was completely unaware of before. Such a game changer in this chaotic time.

  15. Amariyah Stewart-avatar

    Amariyah Stewart

I seriously love Sanvello. I has helped me so much! Though it may not be completely free you get a while bunch on a free subscription. I love the daily thoughts and meditation as well as the supportive community. Great app!

  16. Daphne-avatar

Loving the features/activities and the user friendly format. It's also great that the app developers are providing the premium version free of charge during this time. Has been extremely beneficial during quarantine.

  17. Angie S-avatar

    H. Taylor Bergeron

So far, so good! I've had a block on writing/journaling and this has opened me right up. Easy mood tracking and has helped me pause to reflect on my emotions more! The whole app is so useful and I can't wait to recommend this app to my therapist!

  19. allison knapp-avatar

    allison knapp

I've only taken the time to try out a few of the features, but I'm definitely pleased by the ones that I have tried as they aid me to become more aware of my different moods & triggers, and how to cope with them.

  20. Emma Heeks-avatar

    Emma Heeks

Best app out there for anxiety and depression. Its so organised and has everything you need in one app. Will defo be signing up to premium after enioying these features for free during covid 19. Keep up the great work 👍

  21. Megan Ladiski-avatar

I love this app. I especially love the discussion post function where you can talk to others about problems and empathize with them. It feels like you have a support system through this app.

  22. Jon Chellis-avatar

This app is perfect for these times. With anxiety issues predating the pandemic, I'll probably continue using it after the world gets back on track. Thank you!

  23. Abbygail Rosa-avatar

Very Helpful. Like that there is no cost during these times and an insurance option as well. I highly recommend this app if you need support.

  24. Taen Scherer-avatar

  25. Mike Triol-avatar

I started using this app during the Covid 19 quarenteen and love it. It's been extremely helpful in identifying my moods and giving me tools to work through them.

  26. Lauren Olson-avatar

    Lauren Olson

I've had this app since it was called Pacifica. I was a premium subscriber for about 3 years, but unsubscribed a few months ago for a new years resolution, and I absolutely miss it. I use the free version regularly, but I definitely used the premium guided meditations often enough on their own to be worth the price. I love all of the features of this app, and I highly recommend it for anyone who struggles to turn off their brain at night to sleep, or anyone with mental health concerns.

  27. Gabrielle-avatar

The app has its limitations but the part about having to name your feelings, to effectively make a list of them, and thus in a way, verbalize them, is incredibly useful for those of us who suffer from anxiety and depression. Very useful exercise that is part of psychotherapy that now we can do on our own several times a day (and now that we're forced to be on our own, several times a day is a good minimum amount to check in with yourself!)...

  28. Modassir Khan-avatar

    Modassir Khan

Beautiful app... I used pacifica earlier, seems like this is just the same with a changed name. Helps a lot. Would really respect and congratualte all the developers and the psychologists and all the people involved in this.

  29. lee art-avatar

I really love the app so far, especially now I think its been pretty comforting, I'd definitely recommend this app over many others that I've tried.

  30. Melissa Burnes-avatar

    Melissa Burnes

This app has worked wonders for me. I've been suffering with severe anxiety and have ended up going to the emergency room for borderline anxiety attacks. My sister recommended this app to me and it has been so helpful in preventing me from having more late night visits and losing my mind. Keep up the good work guys you're awesome! 🙏

  31. Chelsea Newsome-avatar

    Chelsea Newsome

It's a good app, it doesnt intrude with ads or feel like just a meditation app either. I try out these things a lot, and many of them seem to be lacking in a lot ways, small settings and features that can really add up. Right now they are offering premium through the 1st of June, so I feel they at least deserve a review in earnest. Apps like these can be a great alternative and supplement for those considering therapy, though in person therapy is usually most helpful, this gets very close.

  32. Audrey Dimmel-avatar

    Audrey Dimmel

I love that this app tracks my progress so well. I wish they didn't do meditation at the end of all the "journey" segments because zen-based meditation conflicts with my faith, so I just have to pretend to the app that I did them. Otherwise, great experience, it's taught me a lot.

  33. Krystal R.-avatar

    Krystal R.

I am really enjoying this app more then others I have found. They have given free premium right now due to the CODIV-19 crisis. This has allowed me to fully experience the app and see how it works for me without first spending money on premium. With the knowledge I now have I plan on continuing premium when it is no longer free. You can tell they really care about people and I am so glad I found this app.

  34. Hannah Ashe-avatar

This is such a great app!! I have been useing it for a long time so soothing and i just love it!

  35. Suzanne Gilman-avatar

    Suzanne Gilman

I lot of the same mindfulness and cloying guided meditation I've seen elsewhere. Nothing unique and helpful to make this any better that free options, though I have to give them credit for making it free during the pandemic

  36. Elle Wing-avatar

    Elle Wing

I feel this is an excellent app for learning or brushing up on my cognitive behavioral therapy skills from therapy. There is so much to this app. It's really well done. A friend has mild anxiety but hates talking to a therapist so working through it on his own is really benefitting him.

  37. Logan Rader-avatar

    Logan Rader

I found myself using this app more than I thought I would. The only thing I would add is some ambient music that plays in the background. It would be customized to you based on choices you make in the app. You answer a bunch of questions and it would use some algorithms to choose the most relaxing music based on your profile. And of course you would have the option to turn it off if you wanted to. Just a thought....

  38. Kate McHargue-avatar

    Kate McHargue

This app delivers. I was struggling to find an anxiety/meditation app for free but Sanvello has all that and more. Easily digestible lessons to break down what you're experiencing, techniques and skills to better manage on your own, journaling to track your health and mood, and great guided meditations and other resources (Q&As, articles, etc.). I'm still planning to seek additional support through therapy but this app makes me feel like I can manage things a little better on my own.

  39. SGyempeh-avatar

Love all the tools within the app. Feels like my safe haven on hand. Thank you for making this free during COVID 19.

  40. Atarah-avatar

This app has been so very helpful. It doesn't replace going to your therapist but its an awesome tool to add to your mental health toolbox. The themes are peacful & meditation voices soothing. It helps me keep track of my progress, reminds me that not all days are bad. Things get better. You're able to journal your thoughts. It gives me hope and coping tools in truly awful panic circumstances. The best part is it's always available right there in my phone near me somewhere. Invaluable! Love this

This app is amazing. It leads you step by step how to get better it has daily check up so you can see your prigress and different activities like thought boards and goal sets. Its been helpful so far. I really like the group chats it has for everything. You are perfectly safe on this app. In the chats no one cam veiw your imformation or anything. This app is amazing. I suggest it to everyone who needs help coping with . . . life😊

  42. Scott-avatar

Used the app for about 30 minutes total and so far I have had to force close the app 3 times and the videos load in 10 seconds at a time, then you wait for it to load, see another 10 seconds then wait again. A 2 minute 30 second video took close to 7 minutes to watch which is extremely frustrating and is counterintuitive to the entire point of the app.

  43. Giselle Zatonyl-avatar

    Giselle Zatonyl

I like this app, esp the modular aspect of the meditation section. I use it to go to sleep every night. However *** it seems like there may be a new bug, based on the last few times I used it. The background sounds randomly stop, and have to be reset by pausing and restarting. The guiding voice sometimes doesnt come on at all, and only the background sound plays, which also abruptly stops. I hope it gets fixed! And would love some variations on the sleep mediation, since I use it everyday

  44. Kara Browning-avatar

I've been using this app for about a week and it has been a great experience so far. Sanvello has many awesome resources and is easy to use. My psychiatrist is the one that recommended it to me and so far it has completely lived up to my expectations! I would recommend it to anyone who needs to keep track of their mood patterns or just needs some guidance on how to try and live intentionally.

Sanvello has been a big help to me during this pandemic. They made premium free during this time and I've gotten to use every portion, but when they start asking us to pay I will be thrilled to, because what they do on here is awesome. They do not magically fix your problems, they are not online counselors. But this app provides you with a community who understands your struggles, and it provides personalized guides to help you sort through your life experiences and emotions, and more. Thank you

  48. Hannah Bush-avatar

I'm still working through the app. But so far it's got great resources and is a fab way of tracking daily health habits etc.

I have never been one to follow through with my mental health, whether it be face to face with a professional or through an app, but Sanvello is different. It gives you the ability to practice coping skills, challenge yourself and reframe your thoughts in your own comfort zone. It takes the important aspects of CBT and self care and makes it a personal experience. I recommend to everyone.

  51. Jaime Hanson-avatar

Excellent guided meditations! Easy to use, you can pick what you'd like to focus on and what you'd like your ambient noise to be! The check in/assessment feature is also so helpful. Also love love LOVE that they're offering their premium meditations for free right now, so many people are in need and it is refreshing to see an app that could be profiting from people's need to find mental well being actually looking out for it! Thank you!

I am really enjoying this app. I love the daily check-in feature. The best part about it for me is that you can select emotions from a list of options or search for ones you are looking for. The weekly graph that it generates has also been a wonderful tool and I appreciate having it. This feature helps me to pause and see how I am doing more often. It has also improved my awareness of my current feelings and how they relate to each other over time. Great feature.

  54. Christina Winsor-avatar

    Christina Winsor

I have made more progress on my journey because of the tools, lessons and support found in this app. The downside is the cost which may be a deterrent to some as not all features are unlocked without joining. For me, the cost was worth it as I've found it to be invaluable. Being able to see my progress over the last number of weeks from bad days to more and more good days is so helpful and encouraging.

  55. Mary Burt-avatar

This app in its paid mode has a variety of meditations appropriate for many different circumstances. Some of these meditations are available for free. Also, to their credit, the people behind this creative endeavor are not charging for the premium app during the time of the corona virus. Besides the meditations the app has many other practices to follow to alleviate anxiety and depression. Its creators have drawn on different threads of psychotherapy, especially behavioral.

I have used this app for quite a long time now. It was fine but i have rated 5 stars because it has made all the premium facilities free during this covid crisis and i think this is a great way of expressing how much the sanvello team cares about its users and i am really glad you took this step. Thank you 😄

  57. Kim Greven-avatar

    Kim Greven

This app is good at making me slow down and enjoy life. However I find that I know many of the strategies from previous life experience. Additionally being in a rural setting some of the guided practice seems off because it will cue me to hear traffic or see a person when there is not one around. That is more of a situational issue though.

  58. bell I3-avatar

    bell I3

I'm surprised I've browsed other apps like this but they never really help. I have bad anxiety and while its not a cure it helps a little. It lets you write down your thoughts helping you evaluate why you might feel. Also has video and audio that for me it helped calm me down. I like that its has a anonymous space to post and read what others are doing or feeling. Overall this app has a bit of everything and it gives you choices so you can find what is best for you.

  59. Sarah Kawai-avatar

I mostly just use the check ins, assessments, and meditations. But everything I've tried works great and it does seem to help. I also really love that all the meditations are free during the pandemic. Thank you, it is making a difference.

**Updated** Interesting content and tools. Takes a bit of getting used to and exploring to find a use for everything, but with some open-mindedness everything can be useful. I like this app. Probably gonna miss the complimentary access when it's gone.

I have daily panic attacks. No medications help me at all. I am learning in therapy how to deal with panic attacks, but this app has been helpful too. I really want to get better, and this app is there for me on the days I do not have therapy. Thank you so much! I would have never tried it without this free trial because of the pandemic.

Beyond amazing ! It allows you to track your patterns of being, your thoughts, emotions, habits and it helps you to transform them for better. This is my 6th day using this app and I can already see myself shifting towards positivity. I blossom ! And I recommend you to try it too, BUT don't forget to be consistent and put a little effort in your growth my friends !

  65. Kate Madden-avatar

I love that this app doesn't have advertisements, I have always found those add to my stress and distract from the purpose of mindfulness apps. I have ADHD and struggle with anxiety and depression. So far this app is the best I have tried for successful mood tracking, journaling and meditation. I've spent money on paid apps that were garbage compared to Sanvello. Keep it up devs! ❤️

I didnt expect much from this app but it turned out to be better than expected. It helps settle anxiety and helps with depression epiodes. Of course in order to work effectively you have to be wanting to change your habits. Now is a grreat time durring quarentine where a lot of anxiery build up from staying inside and hearing everything on the news. I also reccomend using the NOCD app along with this app if you have trouble with OCD or obsessive thinking durring the pandemic too.

They normally offer a random premium meditation every day, which is really really nice. They have a nice supportive chat option that's honestly really refreshing. They also made the entire thing premium in response to COVID-19, which is really amazing. I really appreciate having the extra help to reduce my stress.

I suffer from random times of anxiety and depression, sometimes the circumstances in my life just make me extra needy for relaxation and emotional interaction. This app isn't like other apps, you dont just talk about your day, it's about your health, it's about meditating, setting tiny goals, and analyzing, actually breaking down and evaluating negative emotions and feelings. I've had this app for 2 days and it has already improved my life. I appreciate this app so much, I'd give it 100 stars.

Expensive, and has some weird quirks. Track your health without judgment, it says, then highlights poor performance in exercise, caffeine consumption, etc in red and lowers your daily score. Seems to assume I have behavioral health issues too: no, I'm just trying to navigate covid-19, but thanks for the vote of confidence.

I have just got this app today. This app goes above and beyond any other stress and anxiety helping apps, and I have tried tons! The non premium version has many many great and helpful things. You should definitely check this out. Sanvello team, if you are reading this, thank you :)

I'm bipolar and even on meds, my moods are a roller coaster - just not as wild before meds. Still, I could use some tweaking, at least til my upcoming psych and therapy appointments. The tools Santello teach you are handy. Honestly, every person has mood swings of sorts so, the app is applicable all round. Some of the tools require a small amount (10 - 15) minute investment in time. I like that the app checks in with me randomly. It makes me focus on what's going on and ward off peaks.

There are so mamy neat features and I am extremely grateful for the premium access during the Covid-19 crisis, as it has been stressing me out lately. I appreciate the time they put into their playlists, the videos they make, and their trackers, as well as that you can set personal daily goals for yourself.

This app really helps me feel peaceful, focused, and relaxed. It really helps me to calm down with my anxiety and stress. I'm not someone who finds it easy to meditate on my own. This helps me do that, and feels very much like when I use my grounding technique or finish doing yoga. I'm grateful for this app.

Terrible terrible terrible interface to enter a birthdate. You have to scroll through month by month from 2020 back to whatever your birth month and year are so for me that is 12x50=600 taps to get there. Wow. Please fix this. Ok after much playing with the dumb thing it turns out you can tap on the year to change the year. Why not just make it a simple format and type in the numbers? MM/DD/YYYY is very standard and way way simpler. This is supposed to help relieve anxiety and they have this?

This app has helped me more than you know and I'm still exploring it. I highly recommend it to anyone out there who has depression or anxiety. It really helps with your thoughts and helps calm you down a little. I want to thank the dev for this app and am thinking of going premium. 🤗❤️

I enjoy this app for quick breaks in the day. I use a few different apps. but this is one of my core apps. I would definitely purchase the premium app. if there were music and soundscapes to help you fall asleep and meditate with.

I have searched for years to find an app that would help me with my moods and keep me on track with daily goals. This by far is the best app I have found. I look forward to using it every day. I love how it helps me see clearly and be more logical in my thinking.

Its a really helpful app, however I spent a lot of time writing my thoughts n feelings for an exercise m all of a sudden the page disappears n all my work is gone! It made me start over n I'm really angry because it was helpful n I will never devote time again 2 any of the exercises because of this,it was a total waste of my time n it was all 4 nothing n I was getting into it,sanvello should b ashamed of themselves 4 doing this 2 people who r already depressed, sad, stressed out n angry.

It's ok. The meditations aren't quite as good as Headspace and they changed things around since the whole name change but it's alright I guess. Unlike Headspace they've got tools like tracking your mood over the week and reminding you to exercise, go for a walk outside, etc.

I have never done an app like this. It's really comforting being led one step at a time to do something differently and so perhaps have a different attitude in a positive way. I have only done this a couple of days but I will continue because I find it very refreshingly positive.

It's like the ultimate therapy. I have a lot of mental issues I need to work through. And I've tried other apps but none of them really did anything for me. But this one was different. The mood log helps the most because it helps me put feelings I didn't know I was feeling into words. And the communities are like support groups but a little better. I feel free to share my experiences and how I'm feeling and everyone is so eager to give advice. This app is a really good mental health resource.

Content may be good but I can't read a lot of it. Color schemes are bad if you're over 20. Hard to read many screens. Gradient to white on light grey, light green with white text. Just be a few bad choices by the developer.

Thank you for everything, the daily check ins are great to get a sense of my mood and the mood tracker helps me to alert my wife if I notice it dropping too far. Great tool to have to practice mindfulness and all around good mental health rituals.

All-around, I haven't checked everything out but it's pretty great for getting your stuff together or just feeling a bit more present. Wish there was a music player on the home screen to go with the screensaver. Could set a timer for focus or sleep.

Past moods are gone. Useless to me now. I use this app to keep track of my daily moods and how I would fluctuate between the months and years. Now that all of my moods from the last year or gone this app is completely pointless and useless to me. I will spend my time on a different app that is reliable

This app is an effective influence that's positive and mindful. It teaches you to be kind to yourself, helps you discover and understand the differences in yourself, and builds a unique profile to help perp you for your internal conflicts and outer.
