This app really helps me to focus on things i need to fix like my anxiety and anger issues. For me , this app is really effective and you can get results with some time . I rate it a 10/10 because i love it so much <3

I like what I can see. The free portions seem helpful. I would be interested in more but it would be nice to try the 7-day trial without having to submit any payment info up front. The app could offer a reminder at the end of the 7 days if an individual would like to continue after the 7 day trial period. It honestly adds to my stress to commit to paying something monthly without being able to try it first.

you literally have to pay for everything. The basic courses they give you for free aren't that good either because they're incomplete behind a pay wall and aren't accessible for people who are HoH/deaf/prefer reading. EDIT: to further explain, nothing is written out in conjunction with the voice to make it easier for ppl w what i said before. you also can't go back and forth during the audio files, so u can't rewind if u missed something. very inaccessible on top of the pay wall.

So far I am finding that I am enjoying most of the activities on the app. I find that whenever I have moments of wanting to scroll through social media or do something mindless, I result to this app and I find myself reading, learning, and feeling better as I participate in the activities that portray to my current mental health issues. I think it's worth the few dollars a month to upgrade as well!

It has a mixture of exercises from readings to recordings to help with many different mental problems. It is helpful if you already have some skills in dealing with these problems but if you don't it gives you many new ideas of how to cope. I use this along with therapy to help with my anxiety and I've noticed a great difference. It's not a fix all app but a good place to start if you're needing new ideas of how to cope and reminds you to use the app for self care on a daily basis.

The app is so nice!! I really recommend this app so much because of his fun and cool it is, my favorite thing about the app is the talking buddy, it's really nice to have someone to talk to all the time!! :)

I'm really sad. I made an account and filled out the questionnaire. This app's reassuring messages made me start to feel very hopeful. But then a paywall came up. I really feel betrayed that it has you put in all of that personal information before then revealing that it's a paid service.

I absolutely love this app. As a teen struggling with stress and having to overcome it by myself.. this really helped!! I love this so much and you will not believe the effect it had on me and those around me! Thank you so much!!🦋

  9. Carolyn Stoll-avatar

I like this app a lot. I didn't give it a 5 because I keep showing as only 75% completed on my daily goal and can't figure out what that last 25% is. But I like the exercises and the articles. Even the little bot is helpful.

  10. Artemis Moon-avatar

    Artemis Moon

Of all the apps I've tried to help my mental state, this was the only effective one. I have multiple mental illnesses that landed me in very bad places and can even be life threatening, so any and all effort to stay calm and remind myself of happier things is literally life saving. I full plan to subscribe to the full plan once I can actually get into a well enough place to earn money. I hate being broke x.x
