    I really love the app, but every time I click to start it tells me 'check your internet connection or try again later'. Since my network quality is excellent, I tried again later but it told me the same thing. I tried all courses, and it's same on all of them.😫 Please tell me what to do, so I can give u 5 stars. . . . . . . . . Edit: I reinstalled the app, and it works perfectly now. Thank u anyways 🥰

    Very good app, high quality and helpful. Gives you a sense of calm and control. Good for anybody wanting to better themselves. I found the set up and little details very pleasing and think everyone sould have such an app. Also it gives you the feeling that you are talking or writing to an actual person. Lots of different courses in the free option as well. Overall , would recommend

    It's good, but there's two bad things. One, sometimes when relief bot asks how you're feeling, there's no option for happy or anything positive. So then I'm forced to click something like "tired" or "upset" when I'm not really feeling that way. And two. UPDATE: If your app is for people 18+, then why does it say E for everyone?

    I definitely recommend this app! It helps you and give tips on how to be better to cope things with your life! I'm so glad that I found this! I had struggled depression, anxiety, fear, and a lot more.. When I saw this, it improved me mentally, physically and emotionally. Great app and I hope you would add more activities that can help other people grow so much more!

    So far I like this app and have found it useful. The design and functionality of it is lovely. I've done the sleep course and I love how it explains each exercise and how it will help. I'm keen to check out the other free courses. I believe the paid option is pretty affordable compared to other similar apps.

    On for a hand full of days and I must say I am loving it. Stay motivated and keep doing the activities, it really helps. Using this in combination with journaling helps give at least some kind of direction for writing each day. I would only have one suggestion about relief bot. I understand it's there for low moments, but I was surprised when I saw you couldnt say you were doing well to it. I accidentally clicked it and the only options were the negatives or dont talk. Not big, just a thought.

    it's a good app, it's really helping me. But my only problem is, I have to pay for premium subscription for me to unlock those things that MAY help me to put through an end to all of this. It's sad that I have to pay for some features that I badly needed, but because of lack of money(coz im still a student), I wasn't able to do those things😔

    In all honesty its an ok app! It has techniques for everyone! For anger depression anxiety sleep and happieness! But it does make u pay for a lot of the features which im not a big fan of. It did help me with anger a lot but please dont make it a theripist u can have both! Bc its an app and not a real person with full training not that its bad at what its suposed to be, but it wont replace a real person. overall 3/5 stars! :D

    Love this app!!! It can help you deal with stress, anxiety, depression, angermanagment, living happier and sleeping better. There are fun activities to help you with these things and even a cute little robot who you can talk to. There is a mood graph and when you select your mood, it goes really detailed(which I like). But my only problem is when I try to launch the app most times it gets stuck of the 'InnerHour' logo and it quite annoying when I really need it. Please fix this for 5 stars.

    I love the app. The tracking and excersizes are nice. Not too long. There is a lot of information/theory that explains the excersizes as well for a better understanding. All I'm missing is the ability to edit the mood tracker. To add a note later or want to redo/delete one. The graph is not insightful enough for moodswings. It's also confusing where some excersizes go. There's no overview of e.a. the Worry Tree items. It still feels a little incomplete.
