Was concerned about installing this app after reading so many negative reviews but needed to get to the airport! App worked perfectly, driver showed up on time and helped me with my bags, beelined to the airport; all in all a great experience. Will definitely use again next time I'm in Serbia :)

Greed of the people behind the whole service has me on the verge of uninstalling the app. Charging this much for just using the app is unacceptable, because you can absolutely never get a ride without waiting for someone to pick up your request for at least 15 minutes, and you almost certainly have to switch to a more expensive category. From being a great alternative to taxi service, you've become worse than them. Such a shame!

Prices are much higher than before, they are even more expensive than regular taxi now. It's hard to get a ride. And it happened to me that the driver accepted, and then started a ride and finished it, all that in the same minute, without even be close to me, and app charged me for that 380 RSD! I guess that was driver's fault, but I complained and they havent done anything about it so far.

The company are complete bastards! The app does not work and the so called "customer service" is non existant. There is no way to call them to solve a problem, and when I wrote them an email and filed a complaint, they never replied. Also, the drivers complain about the company a lot and they say they are being ripped off by the management. Please give them bad ratings!!!!

Disappointed. I can't get the SMS verification. Allow another method, or find a way to ensure you can send/recieve the SMS for account verification. I had the same carrier two years ago and the app was excellent. I can't verify now. :(

They became too greedy! Even though they already earning a lot money, they decided to charge customers for using their app. That's unacceptable since you can't call them on the phone and ask for a ride. Whole point was in ordering a ride with the app. Also, if you talk with the drivers, you'll mostly hear how unsatisfied they are with all the fees company is charging them which wasn't the case before. It's really sad to watch how companies can shoot themselves in the foot by becoming too greedy.

Hard to get a ride - takes 20+ minutes! Charging for platform? What platform? Platform means several services at least - I'm just ordering a ride! Will you use pigeon or software i don't care! Btw recently realized that regular ripoff taxi is less expensive for longer destinations (didn't manage to get cargo ride in 35 mins).

Multiple destinations and round trips need to be added as options for selecting rides. Drivers should not be excluded if our rides are longer than predicted.

I can't use the app. I have to add a credit card and I ASSUME this has to be done in profile settings in the upper right corner. However, I can't open it. Every time I tab it, the app crashes. Samsung Galaxy A52

Embarrassing, going from a descent alternative to taxies to basically being more expensive, the app becoming unusable and waiting times being 20 minutes on average. Do not use, give your money to taxi mafia instead
