Good for some things but a lot of bugs. I have no problem connecting to my GoPro, but uploading videos takes forever even with wifi. It's better to just pull the card and transfer via USB. But editing videos is almost useless. I've only been able to get short 1080p videos from a 4-5 clips. Getting 4K video from 10+ clips is impossible, it always fails. I have a 2-year-old Samsung A70 with Android 11. I've never successfully gotten a 4K highlight video. Sometimes my phone restarts midway.

WORST APP EVER! I used to LOVE its old version. It was so useful and brilliant. but this version is a trash! I regret SO MUCH dowloading it! It literally takes hours for just log in! Then when I had to select pictures TEN TIMES again and again. Like when I selected it and premium add popped in, and again all selected pictures vanished. And then I COULD'NT EVEN SAVE THE VIDEO FOR WHICH I TOOK HOURS TO EDIT! And then it vanished! And then for the moment I made the video for,I failed!

Updated 7/10/21 Another day wasted trying to do simple tasks. Do not buy! The camera.... Really disappointed in this app, the connection with phone is constantly showing errors, dropping in and out. What should be a 5 minute job to download a video and edit it turns into hours due to the constant issues. After receiving another reply from developer telling customers to try xyz. It is clear they are not spending any money to fix this. I would advise not purchasing any go pro or hero 10.

Why on earth would you change the app which was working better previously? This is very frustrating and so much more difficult to edit clips in quick time there's nothing quick in this app. Asks to take membership for a simple edit even though I'm not interested in subscription.when I made up my mind to try for 1 year, even the payment gateway crashed everytime, showing error. Sadly, your substandard software has made such great piece of hardware redundant. My clips are stuck on camera itself.

Go pro stopped supporting a version of quik that worked great and replaced it with this app, and I have no idea why. Everything takes more time using this app and it seldom works right. You have to download every clip you want to edit, and half the time, the videos won't download right. It also has issues uploading the videos to share to Instagram, so what used to take me a couple minutes, now takes a half an hour if it works right at all. For editing this one Is a nightmare.

This app doesn't make any sense. Why cant I pull the files directly from the SD card to my laptop? Iv got this app with over 100gb of data and I can't delete it until it uploads to the cloud. That process takes hours and hours of time that I don't have and I'm loosing the functionality of my phone because it's storage is full. Someone tell me what I'm doing wrong because this is making me want to return it.

After September's update the app stopped working properly, it's not showing media not preview, and works only as a remote. I've done all potential ways to make it work: rebooting, cleaning, unpairing/pairing, setting up from scratch, nothing helps. Support doesn't reply for the ticket and moreover my previous comment was removed so from 2 starts it goes to 1.

I don't understand why the hell doesn't connect with my account so I can use the full service as I paid the yearly subscription. I tried connecting with Facebook, with my email and nothing, doesn't recognize the password or when it does, doesn't have the subscription in there so keeps popping up that need to subscribe again. 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ Don't really recommend it 😕

I know it's old but I just picked up a brand new Session 5 for basically nothing and wanted to set it up and use it for a secondary FPV camera and the app no longer has "pro-tune" settings option available at all like what are you playing at GOPRO. I really hope this is a bumb in the road and not permanent because you guys just shot yourselfs in the foot

The app is terrible. First, it doesn't connect to the device most of the time. It does in rare cases after multiple attempts and huge waste of time. The app's interface for controlling the device is confusing and inefficient. I made a mistake by relying on a toy rather than a real camera. I am going to return the device.
