The app is great...ONLY IF it would continue to work. I installed, it set it up, it recorded phone calls, loud and clear recordings until it stops the audio. It continues to record the calls, it plays the recordings but you can't hear the conversation that was just recorded. I googled how to fix it, tried several troubleshooting tips but nothing worked, I allowed every permission allowed. If they can give me a solution to the audio problem I would love to use the app. I really need this service.

I WANT A REFUND. I purchased the premium version. Everything was working fine until I upgraded my phone to the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. All of my settings are still the same, however after the phone conversation has recorded, I cannot hear anyting although the recording has a time frame. This is on all of my calls now. Ugh! I want a refund!

My personal preference in grading ANY app, (or survey or whatever the subject) is to wait until I've actually had the pleasure of using the service I'm rating. I'm so tried of installing a app and before I can review permissions they may or may not be requiring I'm being forced out n into ratings. A word of wisdom "STOP" allow 24 hours after installation. Then force customers. I'm so tried of it this is the last app I re-rate after use. At which time you may receive a 5 star. But for now, 3

Very pleased by this app. Clear recording (even better if on speaker phone), and recordings can be easily deleted or shared elsewhere, like OneDrive. UPDATE: My phone randomly removes the accessibility necessary to record audio. I turn it on, and then it turns itself off... sometimes seconds later. I don't know why, but it is very frustrating as none of my calls have audio playback...

Only works half the time. Sometimes it records just fine on speaker phone, other times it doesn't record any sound at all. Not even my half of the conversation. I use this for interviews for work and it's screwed me 3 times now. And it's completely random. I don't change any settings and talk on speaker phone and it will randomly not record any sound. Awesome.

This app WAS BRILLIANT but as usual people think they need to change things! My app was updated yesterday & it's now complete rubbish! Why try to fix things that don't need fixing! No way to delete a call. No way to set caller. If there is it's difficult to find how. Before it was a simple press on the call and the menu came up asking what you wanted to do: Delete. Set Callers name, etc. The pop up - in the way & totally unnecessary! I'm going to uninstall at the double!!

Stopped working. It doesn't allow me to save calls recorded anymore and so they just disappear after about 2 hours, it won't upload them when selected to do so, and it didn't record things at all for over a month. I lost most the ones it said it had uploaded because it didn't actually do it. Not to mention the volume on the other side of the call is barely audible when it did record.

Just started using the app, needed it to record a potentially abusive phone call. So far I've just tested the app with non critical calls but after a little confusion initially setting it up it seems very easy and reliable to use, and makes very clear recordings. I think it will do the trick! Glad I found this and will recommend to others. Reading recent reviews below....I have NOT experienced any of the issues they describe.

30/09/2021 still waiting on email from support. Paid Vers Samsung s21 ultra, I love this app and it's great that you can edit and choose who the caller was. At present I found when using wireless earbuds it does not pick up the person you are talking to. I have sent support an email to see if there is a way to fix this. It would also be great in the Pro version if you can add a note what the conversation was about so you don't have to keep listening to all the calls to choose the one you want.

After paying for premium I still can't use use filter feature so I can't search for a specific caller.. I have to listen to all calls searching for them. Plus it's hard to hear their side of the call. And with the new update it pops up during the call and there is no way to hide the buttons or get rid of them.
