    The exercises are ok but the amount of time doesn't go with the number of reps at all. I can finish them before the timer is finished and so I just continue but it's just overly exhausting. I don't even let my clients do these for more than 30-45 seconds, 1 minute tops! 2min 20sec is too long and it gets boring after a while. I like HIIT workouts, effective exercises, less time.

    So good! Has kept me accountable for a week now. I'm not used to exercising a lot so the amount and intensity is perfect for me.. It pushes me just past my comfort zone. Easy to track, easy to see progress, tells you how many calories each workout burns and that works in well with my dieting app. Only thing I'd change is maybe for extra dummies like me, a description of the workout under the workout name :)

    Joo this is not a joke,this is very excellent,I've tried it only for a month but already there's a lot of changes, all my trousers that r size 30,were loose not fitting appropriately but after 3 weeks after starting my gym,jooo miracle happened the day when I put one of my jeans, i couldn't believe it,it fitted me so well,when i check on the mirror,oooh that was Wow,Wow.i really feel so shapen and my buttocks oooh,i give myself 100%, u don't need a machine,u have machine on your phone. POWER

    let's put it this way ouch it works. like that its got music that goes with the workouts aswell although not my style of music but better than nothing. I've lost weight already and only been doing it a week and already my muscle memory is coming. can also choose intensity of exercises and it asks you how you feel at the end weather it was too easy or hard. I find mine just right so I think this app is ace. oh and it's got a drink water reminder and tracker too

    It was awesome because it showed me how to do the exercises and time me. I didn't need to count if I followed the avatar lady. I love how it give rest in between of 23secs. I don't like that it plays ads/video for the rest period but I can live with that. Great App!

    When i saw this happy i became excited, i noticed that it has two phases.my question is that what if i dont eat what jas been written in meal option will this still work, Also because of time i combine the two exercises at the same time hope there wont be any risk factor. I also created my own personal exercise maybe when i feel that the one given is not enough for the day and sometimes i do mine at night bc of time.I just hope that this helps my butt to grow bc my ass is really small.Thanks

    Well everyone says it's working so I'll try.Out of all other apps. This is the only app i hear no complaines. Now I'll try my self. Most important I wanna do this not only 4 my self but 4 my four kids under age of 11 years old. & My past addictione 4 10 years & now I'm clean & sober 4 four years all that poison it killed my amute system. Jully 11th. I finished my recovery program & no more meds. So i'll do what ever it takes 2 feel healthier again. Thank you 4 share my story. I hope it works.
