I've been enrolled for a year now and the app for all of my books is still atrocious. You can't properly highlight anything, it's constantly crashing, and I commented on this during my first week of school to my advisor.. this is an online school, designed for and promoted as an alternative to traditional education for adults that are in the workforce. Every single adult in the workforce has on their person a smartphone. It's 2019, why don't you have a functioning app yet?

I have just started using this and have to say... it is very frustrating. I can barely highlight what I need. Selecting where it starts or ends never works out properly. I have to close and reopen the app to try again. I even had to use my mobile phone to try to do the same thing and then reopen to see on my tablet. Please fix this. Online schooling is already irritating enough for me and with only a tablet or phone to use its even worse.

I have to have this for college classes online.. but it absolutely sucks. More often than not, it fails to work right; can't highlight, can't select sentences (it acts as if it needs calibrated), won't load the pages, won't allow me to click to read the definitions, the list goes on. This app seriously needs reconfigured These issues have been going on for 3 years. I'm in my last year of schooling and the issues STILL have not been addressed or fixed. Half the time can't even use it for school

Its nice to have access on the go, however about halfway through the first chapter of my book the highlighting became a problem. Its not recognizing I want to highlight some of the time, and when it does it's up higher in the page than where I am trying to highlight. It would be nice to have this work properly to provide more efficiency since now I have to physically write the notes out.

It is impossible to highlight using this app. If you select a word it usually puts the blue spacers three paragraphs up. I am also unable to search without the app closing due to an "unexpected error". I have to reinstall the app about once a month in order for it to run smoothly (highlighting is still an issue). To advertise that you can complete your readings from any where is misleading when the app doesn't work the majority of the time. I have to use this app when I'm the go- so please fix!

I'll give then three stars only because it works fine on my iPhone. But on my Android it steady signs me out. And now it says cannot connect to server. Which is frustrating because if I'm away from home without my laptop I can't access the course material to complete the work. Last update was in 2019. I think it's time for a new one.

I've used this app for a few years now and I don't understand how it still isn't what we need! We should be able to copy and paste from the book, from our notes! Notes should separate and not blend so poorly. Highlighting should not complete on it's own in error. It shouldn't freeze so easily! The zoom in and out should be more customizable for the readers. Please work on this!

Oh my God! This is the most frustrating app I have ever used. The worst part is that I actually need it for school. First the highlighter was off center. Then the app couldn't connect to the server. After uninstalling and then reinstalling the app, now the highlighting problem is back. This app sucks so hard.
