I used this for the first time today and at first within 10 minuets of ordering it flashed 6 mins to get order is ready and I though perfect I live 5 minuets from the place ordered started to get ready to leave and then another flagh popped up saying it's taking longer than expected. Which then made me leave 10 minuets later. My chips were cold by the time I got home ready to eat them... I feel had this not of happened I would of enjoyed my meal a lot more...

I've had a couple of hiccups with the app this week. Placing an order and the store not receiving it for more than 15 mins. I've had time to get there and place the order manually before they receive it.

Got charged a $4 service fee, how ridiculous. Not using Bopple ever again.

Delivery fees are now $12. And for that I got a driver picked up my order, two others, and had the food out in the cold for half an hour. Won't use this again.

Love the intentions of this app to support local Aussie businesses as much as possible compared to the likes of Uber Eats, however a few flaws and ended up uninstalling. As someone who is in mandatory isolation in a hotel, I could not put in the address of the hotel manually for delivery. App assumes your address based on geolocation, and it is not always accurate. And moving the location marker is not always useful either. Option to enter address manually would help!

Doesn't seem to send push notifications? As a result placed an order that sat around for 20 minutes before I realised it was ready. Lucky I love cold, soggy chips. Would be good if addresses displayed in an easy to find way, if they're in the app I can't find them.

Just found out about this app and downloaded it to have a look - haven't ordered through it yet. It has a limited number of restaurants in my area, understandable given the dominance of other apps, but makes it very difficult for those of us with dietary restrictions. Could use better labelling.
