This app allows me to read my text book from anywhere. However, after a week or so the features stopped working. I can no longer highlight anything. I would have been better off buying a paper copy of the text so that I could actually make notes and highlights.

The app keeps crashing! I'm trying to read my book for college and every 30 seconds, the app freezes and then an error saying the app isn't responding and I have to close it. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, closed all other apps on my phone, and restarted my phone a handful of times. I need this app to access my book and I'm about over it freezing and crashing!!

The app works does what it says it does. However, the amount of bugs and crashes I experience every time I use this app is inexcusable. Trying to highlight results in a crash, and it's about a 50/50 chance if it manages to work itself out or not. There are also just random timeouts while reading a book normally. There are also no settings for the app. The bookmark function works, the search function works but has a bad ui. After this semester, I will never buy another ebook from Chegg.

This app could use an update and plenty of bug fixes for many things especially the highlight tool and page numbers as well as a page jump feature. I would put 2 stars bc it is useful to be able to access my e books without having to use a browser. But it is extremely frustrating that every one of these reviews with constructive criticism is just met with a bot asking the reviewer to email the feedback support. Please just read the feedback in the many poor reviews and fix it!!!

Continuous crashes. I've been trying of and on for the last 6 hours to get a book to load. Half the time the app gets stuck on the leading screen, half the time I sign in and the app goes black. Tried wifi, tried mobile data, tried restarting. If I uninstall it, I won't put it back on. DART is worth the extra if it works when i need it.

Was looking forward to having my ebooks from Chegg on my tablet but this app is incredibly disappointing. Pages load unbelievably slow, if at all. Too many bugs to even make the app functions work properly. I wanted the app on my tablet so I could have the convenience of not having to use split-screen on my laptop while writing papers (tablet web browser eBook is finicky so not an option). It looks like I'll have to suck it up anyway. Probably will not be purchasing eBooks from Chegg again.

Very helpful and convenient. I have the chegg ereader on my phone and my laptop. Even when I order paperback books and textbooks from chegg, they always go above and beyond and put small complimentary gifts in the box. I highly recommend. I will never buy textbooks from on campus bookstores ever again.

I used to love the Chegg e-reader. I would listen to my textbook while driving. For unknown reasons they removed that feature.

Very dissapointed to see that such a great company did not invest on a good E-Reader for their books. I wish i was able to use google instead. What are developpers waiting for? Until your total reviews reach 1 star? Get to work update.. I cannot highlight..., very dissapointed
