New update is terrible, bill pay is now sending some payments from my account to my home address instead of where the payment is supposed to go (it was working for years before the update) The x button doesn't work on bill pay advanced site. I can no longer figure out how to set up reoccurring payments. Payees were deleted from my account, namely 2 other bank accounts that I would use bill pay to transfer money to. There is no ACH function anywhere to be found. Really bad update, needs fix

Since the last update i haven't been able to log in. It's been two weeks. I tried the automated balance phone number thing, and bank of NH had set up a survey that I have no interest in taking, but can't opt out of. I might go to a different bank if it continues. Bad updates worry me. If microsoft wants to screw around with windows, that is fine by me...but I'd prefer the place I stash my cash to be on top of things.

BNH feels like a small town bank. Every time I call, I speak to a human being; they're always knowledgeable, friendly, and local. UPDATE: While I continue to enjoy BNH, this app has become absolutely unbearable. Since an update this fall it's frustrating and buggy. I prefer to use fingerprint login, but it only works sporadically.

I'm EXTREMELY TIRED with all the pop up ads that come on even when I'm not using the app!! In the middle of doing anything on my phone, a text , a call, watching a movie .... I've uninstalled and reinstalled it many times and it wont fix the problem! Sometimes it happens when I'm not even using my phone at all!!! FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

The best app ever and I love the bank too. Easy to keep up on my money and now that they have a person to message with in times of trouble it's even better and they always give you help when needed. I love the way I can deposit checks through this app too and usually the money becomes available within a couple of hours. I could go on and on. I 100 percent suggest that you get this app if you like knowing what's going on with your money.

Everytime I go to deposit a check, I have to uninstall/reinstall the app. Despite giving permission, it is not recognizing my phone camera correctly and the pictures look like they're taken in the dark. It is a HUGE pain to have to uninstall and reinstall every time I need to make a mobile deposit.

About every other day, sometimes multiple times a day I have to delete and re download the app in order to login. If I dont it says loading and nothing happens. Very frustrating. I love my local branch but the app is horrible. Hope this gets fixed soon.

I love BNH. I can transfer money to my other accounts without any problem and very easily. I can always see my account activity anytime. This is the best app i have used on any bank account. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND BNH. And whenever I have a question i can quickly get THE BEST ONLINE CHAT SERVICE WITH A BANK REP. The customer service is OUTSTANDING and above any others i have had in the past. Thank you BNH for being the best of the best.
