The app works in first open, but when you close and starting app second time - there is just logo and phone stucks ! You have to reinstall the app and add your home camera again all the time ! Wish I could rate 0 star !

I installed this app recommended by the camera seller. Finally got it to connect. Still does not send email ( maybe not set right ) could use support. Also there is no way to download the images from the sd. Mr Blue I could use some help. Please send settings for email setup. I wish they had a test email button. No way to tell if it is right.

Terrible app, I've never got it to connect to the WiFi network. Plus there is very little support online on how to operate the device. All I got was that your network should not be on 5GHz or else it will not work. You'll have to change your network to 2GHz for it to work. I followed a tutorial on how to do that but didn't get it to work. It works fine with the LAN. Terrible Terrible Terrible

I'm trying to connect my camera to my S21ultra but is will not open the app. It worked perfectly with my S10. Is there maybe something I can do. Please advise

I've been trying for a couple of days to get this to work on my S10 and it just won't go past the circle turning on the video screen and saying Connecting. Edit: Finally got it to work and tweaking it to find the right spot.

Also just did the update and now I can't see my camera remotely. When opening the app it just shows a white screen, that's it. Never loads. Was working fine before that, please fix! Thank you

This is one of my favorite and most useful apps. I have old phones placed around my home and use them as a security system. It is a little slow when using it outside of my wifi range and a little difficult to watch the recorded video but over all is a great system

The recent update fixed the problem, but now it deleted my cameras, and when I try to re add them it stops working at code match complete. The cameras have become ornaments as I cant use them. Please fix it asap.
