I just got mine and while installing, I tried to pair it with my 5G network. Pairing did not work so I set it to pair with my regular WIFI and it worked. Since 5G is the stronger WIFI signal, (and has been around for a while now), I wonder why the device is unable to pair on that WIFI? I'll add more once the device is fully charged and installed on my front door.

Quick and Easy to set up securely. Unfortunately, the app doesn't work with Blu phones (and, judging by the reviews, several others). This means that the camera is useless for my purposes. Blu is a large importer/manufacturer of "unlocked" phones. Why they neglected to test this product with Blu firmware only begs the question: Where else did they take shortcuts?

Motion Settings always automatically turned OFF by itself. No matter what settings I saved, a few days later, it will become OFF by itself. And it takes a very long time to response to the phone ( the guy who rings the bell had left a long long time already before I can "talk" to him ).

I love this App and gadget as it permits me to know whenever some one is at my door. Here recently I went on vacation to Reno from Seattle and I were still able to answer my door and talk with people as if I were there at home or in state. AMAZING!!! ABSOLUTELY ASTONISHING!!! THIS APP GETS TWO THUMBS UP!!

The camera doorbell itself is great, the battery lasts a a few weeks before needing to be charged again. The app is good and the fact it records so you can see who has been at your door is great, the only thing is you can't see who is at your door live as no picture comes through but you can talk to whoever is at your door. I can see who is at the door when I am home but not when I'm away. All in all though it is worth the money. I would definitely recommend it

Always a delay in recording by the time you get the notice the person is way down the sidewalk and can't see them plus I just noticed ours is the type you have to re form the SD card for lack of better IT word and i don't own a pc. When it does record its pretty ok and the bell sound well only could hear in my immediate living room not the top or lower floors lol.

Overall very good for the money, has worked well when I've not been home and the postman rings to say you have a parcel, they can hear you and respond to what is said, so many on here blaming the app or doorbell when it's probably either operator error or WiFi issue's! What do you expect for £35! Compared to ring's £130! Go figure!

Since the last update on 28th September 2021, the intercom does not work properly. Although I get a notification and the bell rings, no one can hear me. This does make the video doorbell useless if you're not home or can't get to the door. Please fix ASAP!

This app has got much better since the update. It actually seems to connect quicker? In the past I've had problems with connection time after somebody has rung the doorbell. After 30 seconds most people leave. But since the update it seems to be quicker. The motion sensor records. It seems much better than it was. However, after all that time it's now prompting me to update the app when it's already up to date.
